There's still time to give...we've extended the Birthday Project a couple of days so anyone waiting for payday can give. So if you're a little short of ready cash, waiting for Friday's paycheck, you still have time!
Thanks to everyone who has given so far, and thanks in advance to whoever donates over the next two days!

We do our best to accommodate the needs of our members. Our earliest projects closed promptly at midnight Pacific time on June 9th--and we were invariably contacted by good-hearted people who wished to give but had missed Johnny's birthday, usually due to a computer snafu (they were waiting for the big day and then could not get online) or a personal crisis that kept them busy elsewhere.
We learned from that to keep the Birthday Project running through June 10th for those who had emergencies.
We are extending for one further day this year by special request of members who don't get paid until Friday but wished to give a little more. I'm sure the magnitude of the disaster in Haiti has something to do with that response from Zoners. The need in Haiti is so great . . . and Zoners' hearts are so big, like Johnny's.
I thank them for their compassion and their determination to do all they can to help. Every gift is a blessing to a hungry child.

Thanks for keeping it open.....I made it in under the wire! Happy Birthday Johnny!!!!

He has a way of huddling down under his hat and his totemsBut when the camera was on him, some of the times, he kind of beamed Johnny out It was striking, like one of those magic powers in those hobbit movies.John Richardson Esquire Magazine

You're welcome, and thank you so much!
Many thanks to everyone who donated today! And there's still one more day left to give . . . .
