Re: The Lawsuits Thread
This is out in left field, I know, but a big, overdue thank you to Inquiring Minds for your uplifting but realistic take on the potential impact of the scheduled week-long judicial break during the trial. Your analysis was welcome and, as always, so well presented!

It is do hard to refrain from “chat room” responses. I wish we at least had a thumbs up. I can’t tell you how many times I would love to give a personal response

Re: The Lawsuits Thread
The first draft of my response started:
And you all keep me honest.
I’m counting this as an On Topic post on this Legal Thread, but I will try to make the next post more about the “Legal” and less about the “Thread” (Hint: I'm currently musing on the MSM and its role in jury (and judge) nullification, but feel free to start without me)
But that was before I saw Lbock’s post. I agree with Laura’s comments about a thumbs up or similar. I value all the posts made here but I would be horrified if this thread descended into a rated and ratioed platform, though I think that unlikely. Its nice to get feedback and/or an emoji, but I’m just happy to find a group of such thoughtful and caring people. And smart. And persistent - chipping away at cracks and pulling loose strands until everything unravelsMany thanks justintime for your kind words. I believe all participants in this forum have made significant contributions, but I remain humbled and in awe of the staggering efforts made by Laura. Laura, you are a rock in a maelstrom of chaos and lies. Thank you all (its almost impossible to mention anyone without mentioning everyone), but a huge thanks to Laura

Johnny has filed his Motion for Summary Judgement of her counterclaim. It's a great read to me. Makes perfect sense. Let's see what she comes back with. https://www.fairfaxcounty.gov/circuit/s ... 5-2022.pdf

Re: The Lawsuits Thread
People all over SM are counting down to the trial but I honestly don't believe it will happen in April with all of the discovery issues still going on. The attorneys can't possibly for a trial when they don't have certain documents they are seeking but I guess we will see what happens.

Re: The Lawsuits Thread
Lbock- thank you for the docs as ever - and also for the podcast. Can you pass on thanks also to 'Qwerty' - I particularly love her "EX-ACCCT-LEEEY".
Just listened to the episode on Tara Roberts. I must have given up reading the judgement by the time I got to how the judge dismissed this. Unbelievable - just basically decided to ignore her very credible evidence via a legal wriggle.
I imagine she will be a very credible witness in VA.

Sorry. I fell behind
Depp has subpoenaed Samantha Spector. Amber filed to have all related sealed. This was heard March 3. Spector filed a protective order which in this regard is basically asking gor it to be quashed (not confidential)

Re: The Lawsuits Thread
Thank you Lbock for posting her witness list on twitter.
I don't know what to say. She seems to have just listed everyone who has anything vaguely to do with the case - this is the list of people she might possibly call on. It includes JD and Adam on her list! Don't think they are going to help her.
Then the motley crew of hoaxers - IO, Raquel etc - only using their previous deposition testimony? What?
