Very interesting read. Two emotionally incompatible people. She is so much more verbal than him --- it is clear he doesn't like to fight, period. And I can't imagine how anyone reading (or listening) to this conversation could come to the conclusion that JD was being abusive. I bet you anything that AH grew up in a home where verbal and physical violence were used to solve problems, where love was aggressive, and people demonstrated how much they cared by throwing thing, screaming, hitting etc. I had some of that in my childhood and I truly didn't realize there was another way to be. I bet JD had some experience of that kind of childhood himself. But people growing up in such a situation react differently. Some shut-down, close the door, speak less and get out of town. Sometimes we are drawn to people who offer only the worst way of loving, you know? I just wish she would stop the prosecution of this man, stop trying to destroy him. And all the lawyers involved are making lots of money so they ain't gonna get off that gravy train.

I enjoy the podcast very much and think that you have found a good balance. Its interesting that you not only re-read the witness statements but also go over the transcripts from the UK court, instaposts and twitter-meltdowns to put things in perspektive. So congrats on that, and I hope you can ignore the stalkers!

Few questions:
-Could/Have they subpoenaed Lauren Shapiro?
-Why haven't they subpoenaed the other hairstylist (male) for the James Cordon Show? (I cannot remember his name, sorry)

Its making me sad that only few of JDs friends were able to give testimony in his support because she isolated him. Thank god there was support staff. I imagine what Stephen and Gina would have done if they had known the details.

Wonder if this is because she has refused to do things like hand over devices or co-operate, present evidence - did she do her deposition?

Seen several people on Twitter say this is huge. Potentially that he could win without the trial going through or am I misunderstanding?

Everything I read this is very difficult to win. It could just be the counterclaim. From what I am reading he can use all discovery except depositions. He can only use depositions if both sides agree.

If she is refusing to comply with discovery demands and deadlines that could give him grounds. There could be something from her metadata. Impossible to guess but it is a big move

After glancing through the exhibit link it appears these have all been denied in their original form and she has revised them.

What I see repeated is her demanding comminication with Adam re his statements to Daily Mail.

Johnny keeps claiming privilege and no matter how she restates or twists her request he isn’t answering. What that means is she cannot assume Adam was acting at Johnny’s instruction and she can’t assume he wasn’t. As a result she can’t prove her counterclaim

Thank you, Lbock, to you and Q for this podcast and to the person who wrote these two messages. I’ve listened to all of your incredible work so far; this last - Episode Number 8 - is a heartbreaker. IMHO, for two reasons: first and foremost, Johnny’s sharing his confusion with, and inability to tolerate anymore, AH’s violent behavior toward him, and second, the commenter’s welcome revival of the term Johnny referenced unreservedly in his GQ interview: “hoax”.

On this board alone, in The Lawsuits Thread, there are over 207 logical, “aha moment” hoax references. The problem is it’s not going down the proverbial rabbit hole that is the concern. It is the impact of navigating an increasingly treacherous, ever expanding sinkhole of Johnny’s glaring, unwavering truth that has over the course of at least seven years now emerged as a multifaceted threat to long-standing traditions of creative, unbridled fraud and corruption in the coward-riddled media and entertainment industries.

AH has chosen to spearhead every opportunity she’s been privy to - either conjured up in her own merciless, narcissistic soup of greed or that of others equally vile and devoid of moral fiber - to destroy the career and very life of an innocent man. An innocent man who threw all their plans into free fall. She, her legal team of justice-mocking enablers, and every exposed hoax-perpetrator deserve not a fleeting moment of forgiveness or compassion.
