So, the DPP has to actively bring a case. But, can't the DPP bring the case now? We basically "know" that she lied about the donations and the dogs. Do we need to wait for the outcome of the trial in VA? I assumed her testimony in the UK combined with the findings already proved that she committed perjury?

Thank you for this excellent news !!!!! I can't see how she could not provide at least the devices provided for the UK trial especially when Elaine stated that she took proactive steps to preserve the integrity of her "evidence"...so the draft? The TMZ video? All the recordings? All photos?

We haven’t gotten the actual order yet but I’m hoping it’s all the devices Johnny asked for. And the judge said her request was too broad; so I’m sure she’ll be filing to amend it and still try to get his phone etc

The MSM seems to be turning, even though not yet an about turn. I suspect they are seeing the writing on the wall and their lawyers have tipped JD will probably win. They have months to backpedal before VA; and then they can make out they were really just for truth and justice all along. Ohh, and its not really about who was telling the truth and who was the violent one, its really about the narrative and The Greater Good......and all the while raking in the clicks and revenue, following the money wherever it flows and damn any ethics that get in the way.

Yes a google search on her is quite stunning now - and the media hasn't twisted this around so much - they could have gone with "AH's Lawyer Confirms Integrity of Evidence Maintained" or "Desperate Depp Makes Another Bid To Harrass Ex" ..............

She isn't doing so well after four attempts to having the case dismissed. Also, her law team is doing a terrible job trying to drag the UK decision after this after the VA judge already said that ruling does not apply in the VA courts and that JD did not get a fair trial.

A new protective order was uploaded and it is dated 6/21/21

Note: Updates have been really random since Judge A took over. Maybe her clerk is overloaded getting things to the person to upload to the website. IDK. But when they are finally uploaded, the fall to their recorded date. So I have to scroll down quite aways to catch older orders that only recently were uploaded

They can use confidential documents in depositions.

This appears to provide near blanket permission to submit evidence and designate it as Confidential without having much basis. Team AH will designate everything to hide and team Depp will have to fight to de-designate for EVERYTHING. Information re: medical/psychological diagnoses, private journal entries, or even extraneous information that happens to be submitted ALONGSIDE confidential information can be designated per this doc.

In addition (specifically to the UK case) So that confidential judgement in UK related to AHs accusations of sexual assault - the UK judge ruled that anything relating to this would be confidential and not made public. Anything JN marked confidential in UK will now be confidential in VA along with any new evidence that they find relating to these matters.

Amuses me no end how the person who tried to play the entire saga in 2016 in the press now wants to keep things confidential. And Elaine complaining about JD's side litigating in the press is breathtaking.

Johnny is getting pretty much everything he asked for. All her devices phones, laptop, iPads, computer, and access to her cloud. She has to provide him all communications on those including texts emails photos audio videos. The only thing that was changed from his request is his expert gets to witness her EXPERT pull all the data then it goes to the conciliator and then he decides what will go to Johnnys Expert

Pretty much. Not sure about the Limine motions. But all discovery disputes. I can only guess the device stuff they want declassified might go to judge as conciliator was the one who chooses the files.
