Once again another bla bla bla motion filed by the ex's counsel. They actually accused JD of cherry picking while she is refusing to produce the "mountain of evidence" she has against him, which we know now is nothing.

I see this statement allot. We don’t know What she has supplied. Its supposedly a “million” documents If she wasn’t supplying Depp team would file against her. We know she provided tax returns because Ben said there were no claims for legal expenses

Where is this coming from; that she is supplying nothing?

I hardly dare hope, this news along with the earlier confirmation of what we all knew - that her photos were fake - are such a lift.

She is teflon so no doubt she'll somehow get away with it but maybe one day something will catch up with her.

I do continue to wonder if JD's team will make a perjury complaint in the UK to the director of public prosecutions.

Elaine is crazy surely it would be better to say nothing than to allow herself to be contradicted by statement that shows there is an investigation. Unless of course Elaine knows that someone will make this all go away (sorry for the cynicism). Also sorry for being quiet for so long - new computer and could not remember my password.

Final thought - I am shocked - shocked I tell you that AH, that great believer-in-all-women has been silent (1) about Ruby Rose (2) the r*pe claims about EM. I really wish there was a way to call her out on this - wish some reporter could get her interviewed, promise not to mention JD or all the lying, and then oh-so-nicely say "AH I am sure you want to stand in solidarity with Ruby Rose ......"

I bet she'll be standing with Ruby Rose If ever WB does the right thing and fires her.

Thats my hope too. It would be ironic to be punished for perjury and walk freely as a credible witness for The Sun at the same time. The international investigation need to speed up. Any info if someone in the UK will charge her for perjury there?

Someareborn: According to family I have in the UK. During the VA trial, if it is proven AH has committed prejury during the UK trial. A formal complaint can be made to the Director of Public Persecutions. Possibility of the verdict being overturned. I am reiterating this, as someone from rhe Zone has said this as well. My Uncle says that it is his understanding of the events. He also stated if found guilty of prejury she could face a ban on ALL countries in the commonwealth. Unc has lived over there in the UK for 40 yrs, I am going to take him at his word. Understand he is NOT a lawyer. This is the way he understands it.

So on the issue of perjury in the UK- yes I have written about this before - it would be up to the director of public prosecutions to bring a case against her, if the VA trial shows she committed perjury. The DPP would ask probably the Metropolitan (London) police force to investigate and then decide if there was enough to charge her. This is all very possible especially if enough public fuss is made. It wouldn't ban her from Commonwealth countries - we don't share legal systems - but if there was a UK arrest warrant issued, it would make it difficult for her to travel. She is very unlikely to be extradited - that is an expensive old process.
