What do you mean only have AH explanation about why happened between who? Raquel and AH? What happened? I haven’t been following all the behind the scenes stuff so I have some questions, and I’m a little confused about who Raquel and Josh are.

Bruises were gone after three of four weeks. I think if Amber's nose was really broken, people would notice it, because she was often seen with no make up during that time. Plus after this kind of injury, the shape of your nose changes a little bit. I think hers looks exactly the same as it did before this alleged attack.

Cskipper so sorry, not explaining myself properly.

Last night I read Josh Drew's witness statement which was pretty brief on most details. But he attached the transcript of his deposition for the Virginia case.

In it he says that strangely enough AH had been in touch with him just before the deposition (odd that) and they had caught up including talking about what had happened between him and Raquel. (In short - and this we have pieced together from media photos - Raquel had visited AH in Australia, and been seen kissing a stuntman from the Aquaman set. It appeared from the photos that this was something AH was encouraging but we don't know. Raquel and the stuntman called Kelly are now married.)

Josh and Raquel divorced after the pictures emerged.

AH told Josh that she and Raquel had fallen out (which we also knew from Raquel's instagram). AH claimed that Raquel and Kelly had essentially house sat for AH whilst she was away and helped themselves to AH's petty cash and taken possession of a car or something like that. She'd thrown them out of her home.

Could be true - as per my rant last night I think this gang are not quality people - but it could also easily be something else.

My point is - we only have AH's word for any of this which is not, in my humble opinion - worth a thing!

One thing that I wish Ms. Law would have done is pointed out that Johnny is not almost twice as big as Amber. There is a picture of then getting off the plane when they are coming back to Australia. Both are casually dressed, so she can not say that she was wearing high heels. You can see that they are close to the same height. She was also not a skinny little waif. The idea that back then she was a tiny little helpless woman getting beat up by a huge monster, just goes to her lack of credibility. I wish that Johnny's team would have emphasized the lie that he was almost twice as big as poor little Amber.

Also, I thought a lot of her answers sounded scripted and rehearsed. She repeated the same things over and over. Ms. Law called her out for not answering the questions and for using many questions as an opportunity to say something negative about Johnny. But I wish that when Amber repeated the same lies, Ms. Law would have asked Amber if her answers were scripted and rehearsed.

This really upset me. She repeatedly said he’s so much bigger than her. So delusional

Thank you for explaining. I didn’t know all those details.
I also agree AH is about 5’8 and has to be close to 140. She’s not little. I don’t think she was ever 115 as she stated. Maybe 120-125 at her thinnest. Johnny is 5’9, maybe 5’10. 160-170 pounds? She definitely has an eating disorder or body dismorphia (spelling?) if she has to keep stating how thin and small she is. I know someone just like her that is average size but goes on and on about how tiny they are.

Here is where we can find JD's Skeleton Argument for Trial. Also here is Josh Drew's witness statement, with deposition transcript attached. I am still looking for where I read that Josh said Raquel never got the text. It is in a declaration or argument somewhere.

The claim about Josh saying Raquel wasn't with him when she got the text was in JD's original witness statement I believe. Not something he or the lawyers are likely to have made up. Must have come from somewhere. Although JD's side have made some mistakes around evidence submission (eg Sean Bett putting wrong photo with wrong incident) you cannot see a pattern of making things up or making incidents to fit around texts and other photos that happen to be at hand. Which is clearly what AH has done.

In the case of this 8.06 text- it doesn't really add that much to the narrative - JD's version of events doesn't hang on it.

Reading Whitney's statement is just awful. If you came to this fresh you'd think - wow that sounds awful and very credible. But once you know the story and what these people are like - it is just like pop psychology and OTT drama. A great deal of it a repeat without any sense of authenticity from AH. Very small signs which give it away - for example he has always had a specific way of speaking and used the expression "my girl" he did it for Vanessa and before they were married for AH. They have him say "my woman" which seems like a quite Texan thing to say.

And it simply defies belief that he didn't want her to work. I have no doubt whatsoever he told her to stop doing crappy movies for pittance pay and apply herself to something more serious and not worry about the money - but that is not the same thing.

Thanks all who are following closely, I especially give a shout out to AdeleAgain. One comment I have is how many times she says Mr. Depp pulled her by the hair from room to room and up and down stairs. This is a recurring theme and an unreal scenario - especially given her size and how difficult that is. Yes, her precious hair indeed. "So easy, a caveman could do it."

A thought has just occurred to me. Has AH set up Raquel as an insurance policy? Has she been worried for some months that Raquel will turn? We only have AH's explanation to Josh about what happened between them. If Raquel does indeed not show up or go flaky, can AH/stans say - ah well she's a fraud anyway she ripped AH off. I am probably being too conspiratorial but AH seems so manipulative and how hard can it be for an attractive woman to manipulate a humiliated and grieving man?

I've said before, Raquel should have thrown herself on JD and Adam's mercy a long time ago.

Final discussion in court was that whoever that person was, is now confirmed. So all three tomorrow

Raquel has taken her IG private. Io has deactivated twitter account. Expect to hear on the stands how ‘he has been repeatedly attacked on social media and although it’s important to his business and causes, He had to delete his account’

It doesn't. If anything they will say his fans are abusive. Amber started this up a few weeks ago when she started about bashing on social media and all of a sudden people who were blocked were unblocked.
