So I'm reading along on Twitter again and it seems Ms Wass is reciting almost the entire witness statement that Isaac Baruch made and periodically asking "is this true?". Why is nobody stopping her? All the witnesses are required to verify what they said in the statement is true first thing before they are questioned. This is just obvious stalling in my opinion, and it's getting worse...

(IMHO) - Wass is playing football. She is trying to "run down the clock" not giving Team Depp their allotted time to question Heard & company. Tactical maneuver on the Sun's part.

The alledged SV incident Heard wants in private - for example. Run down the clock - less time to question= less chance Heard will get caught in her lie.

Does anyone know anything else about Mr. Baruch? I Googled him and found only references to today's testimony and a S. Fla. singer of Johnny's Kids era. I think they are going to rely heavily on the make-up-covered-injuries line. What I would ask is why an actress constantly being hit about the face did not go to a doctor for all of these injuries.

Granna--totally agree. Hopefully the judge will give DS extra time as he did her. Maybe she hopes to lessen the time the AH witnesses are crossed by DS.

I don't personally think they are running down the clock - they've rescheduled and AH still has three days. Wass is hoping to put some small crack into a witness and fluster them - for example with Travis saying that actually the start of his WS was different to how it actually happened. The way I read it - you write a WS which is a broad narrative of what happened - you don't give a blow by blow account of where you stood at each point. You aren't changing your statement you are just providing more details.

Wass is not asking about the things she doesn't want drawn to attention though - Travis saw AH throw stuff that day. Never mind it's in his WS.

The crowd at the High Court is getting a bit out of hand - they are going to smother him with love. I do get that it maybe helps him at the start and the end of each day.

Unfortunately she got booed and shouted at when she arrived today. I wish people wouldn't do that. Best way to deal with her is resounding silence. This will have just emphasised her own sense of victimhood and make all the people blindly following her just hunker down. Whatever JD might vent in texts about her I cannot believe he would condone this.

Sorry but I disagree about the booing at Amber. I think she deserves everything she gets after what she has put Johnny through and continues to put him through. Even when he wins every article that is he is mentioned in the allegations will be brought up because she put a label on him now that will never go away. She is lucky people aren't throwing rotten eggs at her.

The worst thing for a narcissist is to be ignored. People like this (and I believe Amber to be one) crave attention - of any kind. They will do what ever they can to get attention of any kind - good or bad. She would absolutely hate it if she walked in and everyone just turned their back or just did nothing. It would drive her crazy.

Laura confirmed that Amber recorded her without her consent. Also, in the recording, Amber tried to get her LD to admit to seeing injuries but LD never did and LD said whatever pics she might have had no longer exist because she has been through several phones.
