So following Nick as we all are (must do some work!) - I am stunned but not stunned by how little time she spent on 21 May incident. Now why could that be? She almost dialled it in. Also not much on the birthday party.

You're right, it's very telling how she rushes through the actual allegations but spent days talking about drugs and whether or not he drew a penis on a picture.

I've just had a horrible flash forward of the Sun declaring stumps, giving up if they can't find a reason for a mistrial or whatever after their QC has torn into all of JD's witnesses and not putting AH on the stand. They've eeked out all the juicy stories about JD, given his witnesses a real bruising before the VA trial and given AH insight. It will be so wrong if she is not made to face questioning. Even though this is actual torture and I can't bear to hear her go at Stephen and the bodyguards (we can all already imagine what she's going to say - yes men, on the payroll), Vanessa (well you got hundreds of millions from him), Winona (please no, don't bring up her past issues), Kate (AH will have given little stories about her being incompetent) .......

Even though it is torture, I want to see her in the witness box.

Oh dear. Well I had been warned right before they went into the private session, that an audio was started that was disturbing. Metro tabloid from UK has posted that audio clip in full (3 min 37 sec)

I can only say, It wasn't reported by Nick on twitter. As far as I understand, all discovery was exchanged and both sides are fully aware of what will be presented.

The only important takeaway for Johnny is that this was a consenual meeting in August 2016 while her TRO was still in place, so she obviously wasn't afraid of him.

She did a real number on him. Glad she's gone. Anyone else found it so unexpected and telling that Wass didn't even bother questioning the second police officer? Supposedly that she doesn't need him because the first officer was the DV expert. And then Sherbourne just plowed through it with the first officer with simply establishing that she never saw any bruises, quick and to the point.

She didn't need two officers confirming there was no bruise. Plus if she did call the second office, she ran the risk of the judge ordering Johnny to return for testimony on Monday and she wants his testimony now rushed and as short as possible for what the judge will allow for today.

It's also possible, someone in their camp/PR is aware that Nick is live tweeting and he announced he would have to leave. So now we don't get to read the rest of Johnny's live testimony and will only get the tabloid version. And Nick has been invaluable to get the truth passed on social media vs the twisted version.

Oh no is that audio from August 2016 because it sounds like he is trying to kill himself. I cannot believe she taped it.

Point is - where is he threatening her? They are both self harmers - he has talked about this before - and she is obviously one although she claims he made the scars. Looks even less likely now.
