Once again, his attention to detail investigation and i.e.detective work is beyond amazing.

Thanks, Chocolat, I've been wondering who it was that made those incredible, clear, and factual videos!

Amber Heard’s Longtime Stylist’s Testimony Disputes Claims of Facial Injuries Caused by Johnny Depp

Johnny Depp is continuing to gather witnesses privy to the personal struggles he went through with Amber Heard during their volatile marriage, and has now tapped her stylist to testify against ever seeing facial injuries after the actress claimed Depp beat her up.

Depp’s legal team obtained testimony of celebrity stylist, Samantha McMillen. McMillen says she has helped style Heard for “major events” since 2014.

Specifically, she describes styling the star for an appearance on “The Late Late Show with James Corden” on December 16, 2015, after the actress alleged Depp had given her two black eyes during an argument that occurred the previous night.

“Throughout the day of December 16, 2015, I could see clearly that Amber Heard did not have any visible marks, bruises, cuts, or injuries to her face or any other part of her body,” McMillen testified.

Heard described the alleged incident later, while seeking a restraining order against the “Pirates of the Caribbean” star, and claimed he had split her lip and given her two black eyes. She claims the alleged incident caused her to “truly feared for my life.”

Heard’s friend, iO Tillett Wright, wrote in an article about the alleged incident, claiming, “She described an all-out assault and she woke up with her pillow covered in blood. I know this because I went to their house. I saw the pillow with my own eyes. I saw the busted lip and the clumps of hair on the floor. I got the phone call immediately after it happened, her screaming and crying, a stoic woman reduced to sobs. As she, shaking and crying, described this 195-pound man throwing the full weight of his body into head-butting his 120-pound wife.”

When describing those facial injuries, McMillen said, “Ms. Heard did not have any black eyes, and had been visibly uninjured throughout the day and at that moment.”

McMillen’s testimony could carry significant weight in the ongoing defamation suit between Depp and Heard, as the stylist is a legitimate witness who regularly works with other stars in Hollywood. In fact, she recently styled Brie Larson‘s much-talked-about look for the premiere of “Avengers: Endgame.”

The stylist also gave testimony about working with Heard on May 24, 2016 … the day allegedly brutal fight that Heard recounted during her emotional deposition.

McMillen said she showed up to the house around noon and “she came to me at the bottom of the staircase in Mr. Depp’s house and gave me a hug, sobbing.”

The stylist was adamant Heard had no marks on her face during their meeting on May 24, but admitted, “Three days after my encounter with Ms. Heard, on May 27, 2016, I saw in the media that Ms. Heard had gone to Court with prominent injuries visible on her face. I knew that she did not have those marks on her face May 24, 2016 when I was with her.”

As we reported, Depp’s legal team has collected tons of surveillance footage they claim prove Heard did not have any visible injuries in the days after the brawl between the two stars.

Depp’s attorney, Adam Waldman, tells us, “Today’s sworn declaration provided by Amber Heard’s own stylist adds to the overwhelming body of evidence demolishing not only her already throughly disproven May 21, 2016 hoax against Johnny Depp, but also her phony December 15, 2015 abuse claims against him.”

Heard has continued to stick to her claims of physical and verbal abuse by Depp, and has vowed to fight the $50 million defamation suit filed by the actor.

Thank you so much for posting this, Shook.

I’m taking deep breaths and praying harder than ever that Johnny is on his way, at long last, to a vindication of monumental significance. Three lost years and unrelenting pain beyond even that - can he ever be made whole?

I have high hopes and good thoughts too, justintime. :highfive: I have faith Johnny is doing well and will continue to heal.
He has a good support group of friends and family surrounding him and the best lawyers. I can't express enough how much I appreciate Adam Waldman keeping us up to date with how the case is progressing every few days. :ok:

I can anticipate right now that AH's stans will dismiss this as yet another person on his payroll (you know - like all the various police officers involved in LA, and Seattle, oh and all the building staff ...... in a building he no longer lives in ......) Never mind that she was on national television the day after a terrible beating with no split lip etc ......

I find the blatant nature of the lies just frankly exhausting. How on earth can you deal with someone who just ploughs on in the face of completely obvious truth.

Anyway, great article thanks for posting. I sense that Adam Waldman is a man who is quite enjoying himself.

:hatsoff: Yes, thank goodness for Waldman!

As for AH, well, isn't she rumored to be a scary sociopath/addict? She's definitely getting desperate now as the truth is coming out and her buddies will probably bail to save themselves. No honor among thieves.

Humble suggestion: click in the Blast and other articles in support of Johnny instead the DM stories the bed sheeters are selling. The latest DM pieces are just anti-Johnny hatefests that won't print pro-Johnny comments.

legitimate witness” ??? What does that qualification imply about Johnny’s other witnesses that did not see ah with a battered mug when she claimed otherwise (and even stood firm against changing their testimony at her behest)? Sorry, but it seems even when an obviously justifiable pro-Johnny piece is being written, reporters practically choke on “too much” truth when referencing Johnny’s evidence. These jokesters should be apologizing through their respective noses rather than continuing their adjective games. Ugh - enough already . . .

Justintime I didn't read that quite the same way you did. So my take on that phrase is that this is someone respected in Hollywood - she's styled a lot of stars even though AH fans will say she's Johnny's stylist. Also 'legitimate witness' in that she must have been up close and personal on those days - especially the TV appearance - and either doing or overseeing her makeup being done. Which would have been done on a fresh, bare face. And no bruises.

Now you've pointed it out, yes it does grate a bit, but I don't think it means the building staff and others are not legitimate witnesses. It's just that this is so compelling I suppose.

And once again - they've got such overwhelming evidence. It is one thing to have footage or pictures; another to have witnesses. Both witnesses and pictures/footage to me says case closed.

Of course the tabloids will ignore this and focus on Johnny's love life with a probably out-of-date story - but strategically it doesn't really matter. This is a court case. She has to win the legal argument - even if they go to a settlement, that will be determined on the strength of each side's legal case.

NOW they're willing to think, that we should adhere to "innocent until proven guilty in a court of law" ...

But I guess, one should be grateful :-) I just wish more had said things like this - piece and comments - three years ago

Maybe they frased it like this because she just now declared this under oath in a deposition.

The other witnesses already did this and their statements are included in his lawsuit. Which makes it clear they declared this under oatch.

Amber's motion papers say NOTHING about Samantha. In fact, she states that on 12/15 there were plans for Raquel and her other make up artist friend Melanie to come over. That night another alleged dv incident happened but she said that Raquel and Melanie put her make up on to cover her bruises so that she could make her appearance to tape The Late Show and protect Johnny. Pffttt!!! iO says that Amber immediately called her but Amber says NOTHING about calling iO in her papers. IO also says in her "essay" that she went to the apartment the next day but Brian McPherson proved that iO was on the other side of the country filming a series and then changed the location of pics on her IG account.

Finally a site steps up and reports the news about the stylist and her testimony. Said she was with Amber all day on 12/16 with no make up (even though Amber said Raquel and Melanie put make up on her) and saw no injuries.

Thank you for this info, ForeverYoung. Kudos to Johnny fans who are doing a bang up job researching Heard's court documents and finding inconsistencies everywhere. Surely Johnny's team is also finding bits to challenge :gollum: Amber and her accomplices when the time comes to question them. I hope the fans' "discoveries" are of help to Mr. Waldman and his team. :ok:

I don't think that this means the other witnesses are not legitimate. Samantha was a good friend and stylist for Amber Heard. Amber can minimize the other witnesses by saying that they are friends or associates of Johnny. It sounds to me like Samantha will have a lot of credibility because she is Amber's friend and she is telling the truth. She will not lie to protect her friend.
