Isn't it wonderful? :yahoo: Donations flowed in to this year’s Birthday Project from all over the world. :worldhug:

The final total includes $5,303.00 in donations to the Zone's Paypal account for the Birthday Project, and $497.00 given directly to Save the Children's Haiti Emergency Relief for Children by Zoners.

Update June 20th: Yes, this is an updated total that includes a late donation or two. But now I have sent the check to Save the Children, so this year's Birthday Project is officially closed!

Your generosity is so inspiring--even in these very difficult economic times, you still found a way to help the children of Haiti, and to honor Johnny with your gift. :loveshower:

Thank you so much! to each and every one of you, :bouquet: for bringing this year's Birthday Project to such a happy conclusion.

This is wonderful news!!!! Thank you again to the organizers of this year's Birthday Drive. :bouquet: I couldn't be prouder to be a Zoner than at this moment, thanks to everyone who contributed. :applause2: :worldhug:

And just a reminder, the People of Haiti will continue to need help putting their lives back together for some time in the foreseeable future; so if you can please continue to give whenever possible. I've been doing this since the earthquake there through the American Red Cross and of course there are other organizations around the world.

We rock!!! :applause2: :yahoo:

I have two friends who do missionary work in Haiti and when I shared our total with them, they were very touched and VERY grateful!! Even though they are not directly involved with Save The Children, they still say THANK YOU!!

:tear: I have read about the problems and suffering that the displaced people have and the fact that all the promises of aid have evaporated over time. :bawl: Glad we can do our little bit to help.

Thank you for the total PtP, that's a truly amazing amount in the current circumstances. Such a wonderful testament to the love and influence Johnny has on those that admire him so much.

This money will do so much good in Haiti for those poor kids who suffer so everyday. Certainly puts our troubles into perspective doesn't it.

Well done everyone for a job very well done. :hatsoff:

Thank you to everyone who contributed to the Birthday Project.

I'm sure the donation will come in very handy as hurricane season is not too far away--tents and makeshift sanitation facilities will not be much help when the storms arrive. There is so much work to do there.

:thanks!:
