She doesn't matter and he is over it. He needs to walk away and completely ignore her, as should the rest of us.
The only thing that scares me is her professed "love", which seems more like crazy obsession. I think she is dangerous. Thank goodness he has strong security around him!
Couldn't agree more. She is completely obsessed with him and frankly I doubt she will ever voluntarily stop, even an injunction probably won't stop her. She craves attention and she escalates and escalates. I can't read about her anymore, since the trial. It makes me very anxious. So I am avoiding as much as possible.
It seems like our world lately is plagued by obsession. Obsessive people wanting what they can't have. It isn't going to end well, I fear.
An injunction is a court order. If AH violates a court order she can be found in contempt of court.
I think that she said that she still loves him to gain sympathy. She is still trying to manipulate people.
I wish people would stop giving AH power that she does not have. Before the trial many thought that Johnny did not have a chance because AH knows powerful people. It did not work for the trial. Some people continue to think that she has some kind of magical power over everyone. She does not have power over the court and she does not have power over Johnny Depp.
Judymac: Is an injunction possible? If she appeals & the court refuses to look at it OR sides with JD, what options are left? Thanks.
An injunction would be filed by Johnny's side. When AH gives interviews she is repeating her DV allegations. What she is doing is defaming him again. An injunction would order her to stop defaming him. An injunction is a court order and if she violates it she can be found in contempt of court.
An Appeals Court does not take sides. What they are looking for are procedural mistakes made by the judge or jurors. I would expect an Appeals Court to look at it but that does not mean that they will grant an appeal.
All AH has left is to appeal. Her court case against Johnny has already been litigated. She can not sue Johnny again over the same allegations.
I don’t understand! He’s going BACK to court with her? Please help me understand this.
Ok I see, they are supposed to go back and talk about payment of money etc. And if she’s going to appeal i guess it’ll be mentioned Friday. I wish she crawls under a rock and shrivels away.

It could be confirmation of verdict and money owed or any new motions that might be introduced. We’ll have to wait and see.

At the end of the trial the judge told Ben Chew to draft the Order confirming the verdict, give it to her lawyer for review and they will meet on June 24 for her so sign and file it. There is also word out there that his team might be filing an injunction against her to stop conducting a court of public opinion against JD.

After the judge signs and files the order, the no name will have a certain amount of time (I think 30 days) to file the papers to begin the appeal process BUT she will need to put up a bond for what owes JD.

I've been thinking about the appeal - and I wonder if this is something you could maybe look at on your YouTube programme Lbock (which I love of course).
So is AH appeals she has to put up a bond for the 10+ million dollars and I think also to cover lawyers fees. If she then looses that appeal - the money is already lodged with the bond so would that automatically be paid to JD?
If that is the case, she'd be mad to appeal even if she can raise the money. She cannot get her therapist notes into evidence without the therapist, nor any of the other stuff she is claiming would help.
She would be better off just claiming she can't afford to appeal and big bad Johnny has taken her voice etc etc etc ......
I personally don't care if she carries on complaining she has lost public support and the more she speaks the worse she makes it. I really do believe JD has an ability to just shut her out.
Judymac: As it has been said via an YT lawyer, JD does not have to be present. There is strong speculation that Ben Chew has options for todays' proceeding, all with JD's blessing. It will be Chew's call, after he hears the defendants intentions.

Thankyou
I have heard several things
1) if Johnny agrees to wait on the appeal for payment then she only needs a bond for costs. The judgement would accrue interest in the unpaid balance
Or
2) Johnny demands payment then she would need the full amount in the bond and it accrues interest as it is still unpaid
Or
3) the judge can determine how much is needed for a bond (unclear if that is Judge Penny or the appeals judge). Either way it accrues interest
But. Johnny could agree to a lower amount
And Johnny could also appeal based on Judge Penny ruling Adam Waldman is an agent which could affect lawyers in the future…
