I'm sure you folks have now seen that Johnny indeed did not send those texts with the whole 'incoming" thing on those texts.

Word is that the ex will return to the stand today. Her team better be careful because they only have a little over 1 hr left and his team has approx 5 hrs.

No doubt she will throw another pity party sob story on the stand with the hopes that the jury will believe her this time.

Her acting on the stand is far better than her entire career in Hollywood.

The fact is, as far as this fan is concerned, Johnny did not abuse Heard because he has zero history of it - she does. It was the first thing I thought on hearing her accusations when they first surfaced. Women like Kate, Vanessa and Winona can't be bought, or bullied, into keeping silent - they have plenty of cash and clout themselves.

I just hope that people realise how brave Johnny is with coming out with it ...a number of abused men are now coming forward after he went public. Spousal or partner abuse is never acceptable, whatever sex the abuser is. Heard wrecked his life not just with her abuse, but with her accusations. He needs his reputation back, his career back, and most of all, his life back. Then he can move on and find the right person to share it with. :no2:

I am surprised that is not standard procedure. It is standard procedure where I live and it is meant to protect the jurors. The court does not want jurors being followed or pestered by the "news media" or harassed by the losing side. I think that it is a good thing, because jurors can choose to talk if they want to but they avoid being harassed.

It could also be a ploy to make it appear she cares about the poor jury.

The You Tuber named Law and Lumber is a practicing lawyer in Fairfax County, VA. He has been observing the trial from the gallery. He did a video about his observations of the jurors during AH's testimony. It is extremely interesting. According to him, the jurors were not impressed by AH's theatrics. :harhar: :biglaugh: :lolsign:

I think this type of motion is done outside of the jury.

She took the video, on her iPad, therefore she is the copyright owner. She could have someone else do her dirty work, but she is still the copyright owner. If one of her 'friends' gave the video to TMZ without her express permission, TMZ wouldn't have been able to own (or purchase) the copyright.

So unless Amber sold the video to a friend who then sold it to TMZ (whether or not money was actually involved), it all comes back to Amber. And since it only took 15 minutes for TMZ to confirm the ownership of the video...I liked how the attorney just let that part hang there so the jury could put two and two together.
He was an excellent witness. I also loved his comments to Elaine. :harhar: :biglaugh: :lolsign:

And here we go with the fake tears.

She said that she doesn't smirk in court, yet there are pics all over twitter laughing while JD testified about his finger being cut off. The amount of times she has been smirking is endless. :no2: :no2: :no2:

So, the ex said she isn't smurking in court. Another lie.
