Off topic sorry don't know where to voice this but Eddie Redmayne has just thoughtfully spoken about the Danish Girl, saying he wouldn't play a trans role now ....... what is the betting AH feels the need to say something? Because she was such a huge part of that movie!

AT is getting trashed on social media by JD fans and she's probably worried about her reputation now and how this will affect her sales. If the ex is any friend at all she should not have shown up there but this one will throw anyone's business down the tubes for her 15 minutes of fame.
Since Alice T. is pretty much outside of AH's inner circle of what close friends Amber still has left, my guess is Alice will distance herself from the bad PR, much like Amanda DeCadenet has. There's really no benefit for Alice to stand by AH at this point. What Johnny's fans have done is revealed Amber Heard's lies (something main stream media has little or no interest in doing) and making it known that there is evidence supporting Amber Heard's hoax. I would love to see more of Hollywood publicly support Johnny, adding to the voice of the real truth... that even celebrity men can be victims of domestic violence. When that happens, I believe main stream media will not turn their backs on that outburst of news.

Really good video showing metadata issues with her photos. Judge should not have ignored it. Too bad Depp team didnt have time to really read it and quickly opposed it

Just some musings.

The traffic re JD vs AH has gone fairly quiet recently, no doubt much to the relief of AH. The use of intermediaries to negotiate discovery disclosures is the major reason imo. This makes the work of the judge much easier – leaving rulings just to disputed items. With the flood of documents and depositions, it is a reasonable compromise to reduce unnecessary loads on the court.

It does however have the downside of fewer disputed items being disclosed in open court (and thus that we see) plus it overwhelmingly favours the party trying to prevent disclosure. It allows tight scopes to be applied where none should be and thus allows the defense to avoid disclosing damaging information without hinting to the prosecution that the damaging information is being concealed (or even exists). And the public is largely unaware of the backroom wrangling. It allows standards less than those permitted by a judge to be applied. In the act of negotiation is an implicit expectation that concessions will be made by both sides to arrive at a point where the end result is acceptable to both parties (but falls short of the ideal, and may in the long run result in a highly skewed, perverse outcome). Even the most reasonable and pertinent requests can automatically be challenged (and concessions possibly garnered) where an appeal to the bench would never fly.

It seems to me both Twitter and Youtube are working hard to shut down trends that do not fit the narrative they wish to write. Dislike buttons have been removed but ratioing still indicates how the public feel. Pushing AQ2 into December 2022 is clearly political, not technical. Disney is getting pushback on any Jack Sparrow replacements (and the whole POC franchise) and WB looks like an unfolding trainwreck.

The announced JD vs AH “documentary” for Discovery Plus is clearly a hit piece imo. Now that we know that WB acquired the channel back around June/July it is clear who wants to control the story. They also promise never-seen-before “evidence” – which to me is just shorthand for things that have already been denied in court (including all the debunked material presented in CA and rejected with prejudice). But the court of MSM-manipulated opinion does not care about evidence or truth, just what slanted storyline is being told. It’s all about feeding fuel to the outrage machine and to gain advertising clicks. But their narrative continues within this context. They think that supporters’ will have forgotten or lost momentum by the trial and then the AQ2 release. Imo, the “documentary” will be seen for what it is and will fan, not quench the flames of support.

ditto. Fox have been pushing their doco channel here in oz and I don't think it's been getting much traction. Discovery+ has "100ft wave" out now, but it looks more like a reality show from the trailers. I'd rather watch something about archeology or history than interviews with the family and friends of those about to go surfing (will he survive? won't he? Find out after this quick word from our sponsors....) Forget the entertainment media, even the educational sector has turned to trash imo

The first few minutes of this video/discussion talking about the changes in metadata on AH's photos reveal an interesting fact which I didn't know - apparently on an episode of something called Catfish, IO talks about manipulating photo images. Well fancy that!

Warner Bros owns a company that is putting out two documentaries about JD and the one whose name we do not speak of. One is supposed to be his side and the other is supposed to be her side but I think we all know they are in a desperate attempt to save a movie they know will flop after JD fans show up at premieres and boo her and the company while she hides her face into security guards as they escort her to her vehicle.

I haven't heard from Jenn Robinson lately (maybe she is tied up with the Assange extradition hearing in the UK). Does anyone know if she is still onboard with AH as personal attorney?

I'm guessing AH hasn't produced the devices as ordered (wasn't that today?), but it could take time to filter through either way, one of the drawbacks to the current discovery process :(

For the love of Peter, Paul & Mary! Could someone please refresh my memory? RFD 11 & 12?

Didn't Wootton use statements from the OpEd in his article?

The OpEd did not cause him to lose his FB3 role, the Sun did?

TOTALLY INSANE.
