Great news. NYC Judge says, YUP, ACLU CEO Romero MUST sit for his deposition

Once again another bla bla bla motion filed by the ex's counsel. They actually accused JD of cherry picking while she is refusing to produce the "mountain of evidence" she has against him, which we know now is nothing.

P.S. Her buddy Brandon was subpoenaed for this deposition and to produce all communications re: allegations of abuse, the Sun case, the deformation case and other things.

Within this Compel are two short transcripts. Elaine is having a hissy fit to get the full audio. I doubt it excists. However, on first reading you might think this helps AH. Obviously, with proper punctuation (Elaine twisted that part), it really benefits JD. Elaine knows that, that is why they are in a panic to quash this. If Johnny can't provide the rest of the audio, they will attempt to quash it on context issues

As you read, please note AH refers to JD"s text. She is recalling his text to her that she..."beat the s**t out of [him] " which is why he left (as he usually does). He says he'll come back to say goodbye, but apparently he never does. Which really makes her angry. As she said, he never comes when he says he will. She berates him over that.

In the second snippet she calls him the Monster. Again, as in David Sherborne's closting argument, the Monster who always leaves when she fights him. Sadly, she humiliates him about leaving and always crawling back to him.

Back in 2016 after the breakup one of tabloids reported the relationship from "sources" and said that when there were fights he would leave and go the Claremont Hotel and a few days later she would track him down there and they would get back together. They also reported back then that he had e-mails about Australia that prove she was lying about the dogs.

If you follow the change in language (f bombs) you can def see that she is reading Johnny's text in the beginning. I am really looking forward to Ben's reply. Although, I think these snippets are all that lasts
