ACLU Anthony Romero has filed in NYC "Leave to Reargue" the portions of the judge's decision that he should NOT have to give a deposition. Mr. Wizner is fully capable of speaking on behalf of the ACLU for all of Depp's discovery needs.

BUT:
Important note: All depositions are being video taped to serve as their testimony in the trial in Fairfax. So Mr. Romero does not want to give "court testimony" (answering to his connection to Elon and those "anon donations" & possible legal $ help)

A thread for documents

In the beginning did she not request one on JD which was denied? This very well may backfire.

I wonder if JD's side will say that she (again) committed perjury over this matter in the UK - JD says she had been diagnosed with various disorders, I find it unlikely that he would have said that in his witness statement if it hadn't happened. She repeatedly claimed the medical notes were not true. I have a feeling that part of what they are doing is building a case of perjury to make a complaint in the UK.

Excuse me- a complaint in the UK? Isn't this beating a dead horse? Is there an avenue that we don't know about? Ty

She flat out admitted on the audio tapes that sometimes she gets so mad she can't control herself and begged JD to help her when that happens. She also asked his security (or whoever accompanied her) on the way home from Australia if that ever happens to him. She also admitted that she has a temper and that her friends have said when she is mad she goes trailer park really fast. Clearly this one has issues with her temper and her behvior.

At the end of the Virginia trial if it is proven that she lied in the UK trial - then yes, a complaint could be made to the director of public prosecutions.

Rocky Brooks is trying to use a technicality to delay the trial. If that doesn't work, then he will ask for a delay because his lawyer is on maternity leave. Asking for Feb 22, 2022

Depp says they are ready to roll!

Delay, delay, delay (and maybe everyone will forget about it).

This is the 2nd time TeamAmber has used pregnancy to pervert the course of justice. Buying a surrogate was timed to coincide with the original VA dates and to garner sympathy in court. Now she can only use the child to reduce her punishment through sympathy and "for the good of the child". A number of recent, local cases make me think that some people are unfit to raise a child. A coroner's court last week found that a woman living just a few kilometres from me murdered her two children and committed suicide the night before a custody hearing (where she expected to lose custody). In 20-20 hindsight she should never have been granted custody in the first place, but that does no good for her dead children. Amber as a mother is an accident (crime) waiting to happen (imo).

On other matters, it strikes me that the sudden love-bombing with Eve reflects that she no longer counts her co-conspirators as inner circle friends (just legally bound together by a common goal to avoid prison). I haven't seen Bianca mentioned lately, but didn't hear they had split (although that seemed apparent months ago). With Eve's arrival in the UK, Amber's recent photos pushing a pram and the fact Eve seems to have been bypassed for mandatory quarantine makes me think Eve brought the baby over from the USA. Maybe Eve was even the surrogate? Do we know who the surrogate was?

In Australia, certainly amongst the wino class, prams are often used as shopping trolleys. I suspect if we checked Amber's pram it would probably be full of cartons of cask wine :)

Inquiring minds: Hello my friend. Long time, no hear. Might I suggest that Whitney might also be a possible surrogate? No one has seen her in a while.
I agree with you the carriage is a good transportation vehicle for the wine. AH & Eve kept photographers at bay. Couldn't get a shot in edge wise.
As far as the others, me thinks, that might have abandoned ship. Scatteted to the four winds. Thoughts?

Whilst I was joking, it did cross my mind. In one of the photos I could see a baby's foot in a bootie, so there probably is a kid in there.

Whitney and Rocky are quiet, Io has turned male, settled down with a woman and claims to be a father. Any friendship bonds seem to have dissolved over time and under the stress of maintaining a consistent set of lies. Having gone as far as it has, a loss in VA will (should) inevitably lead to a criminal investigation (based largely on court documents) and a criminal trial. With the original scam being for JD's $500m fortune (ramped back to $50m once she realised others had already skimmed most of it). These are Grand Theft amounts and carry serious jail time if found guilty. WB ordering AQ2 cast to adhere to an NDA to take the heat off the public outcry was sensible and her co-conspirators seem to have figured out they were just inflaming things.
Inquiring minds: Hello my friend. Long time, no hear.
Apologies if I've seemed quiet lately. I don't really get depressed, but I have down (and quiet) days. With TeamAmber keeping a low profile and few active court events, I've been researching more local based issues. In lockdown I saw a few Dior ads just before Father's Day (last Sunday, down under) and sat, gagging through a few L'Oreal's ads. One features Amber. Her part had her saying 'acid' and I can't help thinking the ad writer made her say that as an oblique reference to LSD and her hallucinogen habits......but probably not

FTR, I drop by here multiple times each day.

I don't get why the Rocky Brooks is still a thing with this photo of him with Johnny and someone on set literally saying that Brooks was berating this woman, and Johnny defended her and there was no blows exchanged.
