AH has moved to sanction Depp for not providing Tracey Jacobs deposition from TMG and Bloom trial for AH to use during Traceys new deposition. Ben claimed he did send them. As a result besides sanctions AH wants to use the video excerpts from those depositions (which euros be used as testimony shown to the jury in the defamation trial.

So Amber Heard went from denying the op-ed was written about Johnny to using the UK documents as a defense that he was an abuser. I hope a jury sees that she just proved she is a liar.

She is now trying for the fourth? (I lost count) time to have the case dismissed and if the judge denies it again she will be sanctioned. Still that didn't stop her from filing yet another motion re: Tracy Jacob's and if she looses this one it's a very good possibility it would be another sanction. I hope the judge throws the book at them.

Hey everybody: I am sooooo confused. First the op-ed was not about JD. Now AH wants to use the court ruling from the UK to prove that JD was abusive. I thought the CoA from the UK stated AH mislead the court on donations, getting physical with JD and lied. Am I missing something here? Jacobs depo, I thought Kaplan went over that with a fine tooth comb. No? Can't EB just get another copy of the depo from the courts? This WAS talked about sometime back. I understand desperation, but how in the world can they say they don't have Jacobs' depo, if Kaplan had it? Or am I missing something again?

The memorandums AH's team filed is just more nonsense. Her lawyer is making my head hurt. So now she is trying to use Tracy Jacobs "belief" he was abusive as a fact??? Also, those reasons her lawyer states why he was fired from Disney is pure garbage. We all know that the reason POTC is a billion dollar franchise is because of Johnny Depp and Disney knows it too. If they had not wanted him in any more films they would have cut ties long ago. The only reason he was fired was because Amber Heard sold a fake picture of an injury to the media and then just continued lie after lie after he refused to give into her extortion demands. Let's not forget that he lost FB3 also because of her lies also but I don't see her counsel bringing up any complaints from the studio or agent about that one.

I know who Brandon is - but who did he message? And what's the 'gay thing"? What does this have to do with anything?

Wow. Looks like Brandon is the culprit harassing and intimidating Depp’s witnesses as JH has claimed. She claims she and other of her employees have been threatened to not give evidence in this case. She has really been put through the ringer but standing strong with the truth

He sent it during "Pride" month in the US, which is for the gay communities. It was sent to some of JD's witnesses behind her back showing that her inner circle is cracking.

If Brandon is harassing JD's witnesses it needs to be properly reported and stopped. That is surely illegal.

Well worth a watch. Erin opened the first shelter for battered women in the UK. She has to really fight for the women she was protecting. My mother told me she had never heard of domestic violence before Erin became well known. She also spoke openly about women being domestic abusers.

Coincidentally Erin's granddaughter is a friend of Jack Depp. Lovely moment when Erin says she knows how passionately Jack loves his father.

One of the things I've most admired about JD in all of this is how he has clearly tried to protect his kids. Almost any other celebrity would have dragged them along to court or used them for photo ops. I think he's told them to stand clear. AH's fans (all six of them) nastily make snide comment that he doesn't have a relationship with them any more - because you know, if it doesn't happen in front of the paps or on instagram, it doesn't happen. Yet snippets and snatches here and there - him taking a boys trip with Jack to the Bahamas recently, one of the texts in Tracy Edwards deposition talks about picking up LilyRose, Christmas in Paris etc, tells you everything.

I think Brandon was hoping to scare away Depp witnesses and they would end up settling. I don’t think Brandon sees her winning. So maybe that’s the cracking. The slur against the case is what makes me think he doesn’t believe she’ll win. Calling it ‘gay s**t” That’s fear imo

I have a hard time believing she didn't know about the text. None of her other friends ever tell the truth so why should we believe him?

Exactly. Why should Brandon sent a text without her knowing? But on the other hand, why sent a text at all? It must have been clear that the effort is useless, maybe even illegal. I don't understand AH's strategy.
Do I remember correctly that the final hearing about the dismissal of the case is on 25th June?
