Thanks for posting this.

It seems to me that the ACLU could be funding her defense one one hand but trying to protect themselves and a certain space man on the other hand. I have to wonder if an agreement exists between the ACLU and the ex for a big percentage of any settlement they were expecting to happen in the VA case.

Please don't get overly concerned with this. We have seen these motions so many times, and nearly always the Judge sides with JD. Yes, her side intends to vilify him, suggest things in their requests that don't necessarily exist, fishing trips. Let Depp team respond & judge rule

More filings by AH. Getting dirty including attachments to be made public to vilify him. Includes excerpts of a transcript with Tracey Jacobs, his old agent, who is obviously disgruntled. But it was cherry picked for sure.

Let's all take notice she filed the motion on JD's birthday. Just goes to show how low she and her team are willing to go for attention.

Usual tacts from her side, very transparent. Note the use of Tracy Edwards quotes, totally out of context:

"it's not going to be tolerated" - what wasn't going to be tolerated?

"Disney won't put up with this" - won't put up with what?

"No love lost between Johnny and Disney because of the Pirates 5 situation" - well I think we all know JD didn't love Disney or the Pirates 5 script. As for Disney - what situation - the fact they had to shut down filming for weeks because someone caused an injury?

It must be unbelievably frustrating dealing with these people. We also saw in I think it was in the last tranche of documents the view of JD's side on AH's lawyers lying over the meet-and-confers, so I think I'll be taking all of this with a pinch of salt.

I have not seen the court documents but people are posting on twitter that Elaine exposed personal contact info (e-mail addresses, phone numbers residence, etc.) of all their witnesses including Rocket Man and James Franco. This is not good for them.

Wow I misunderstood I thought it was just JD's witnesses. That's just rank incompetence.

Granna - I am going to write this because when I take a stance and pronounce on something I am usually very very wrong and I hope I am here. But I fear the rats aren't leaving the sinking ship - they are clinging on and keeping her afloat.

Seems like she'll be in Aquaman and for that we should be glad. (1) Totally undermines any claim of damage (2) She is just exposing herself to more negative responses, presses of the 'dislike' button etc.

AdeleAgain: We overlooked another couple of things: As far as the rats go - I am sure "their" friends will keep them at arns length - no in the inner circle, so to speak. Many will boycott the movie. Hope it will send a clear message to WB and any other studio on hiring her. I am sure folks will be paying close attention to what she does with the $$$$. Will she pay the CHLA? ACLU? I hope she is cautious - the initial lawsuit states. $50 million PLUS the court says. Hopefully, she won't try to stretch out her payments to him. I am sure Ben will get that in order.
