I also thought interesting - friend dropping her at the airport, no VIP escort through, no porter to carry the bags.

Gotta be missing those private planes and body guards and assistants.

Depp team again further Compelling AH for documents and answers. Most have to do with her counterclaim. She more or less cut and pasted her same answer to each question.
The motion is here as are the questions and her answers as exhibits (attachments)

And Depp team issued another subpoena for IO Tillet Wright for documents and a deposition. Hopefully this is something the lawyers on both sides have agreed it

Thanks so much Lbock as always.

That end bit - "frankly these should have been produced years ago" really does say it all.

In short, she doesn't want to produce documents that support her $100 million counterclaim. She wouldn''t even make that much money if she were a cat with nine lives.

Can’t thank you enough, Lbock, for relentlessly cutting through the chaff to bring us what we need to keep us informed and our prayers meaningful.

Also, in particular to AdeleAgain and ForeverYoung, for your latest incisive observations and comments. Speaking only for myself, as I haltingly pore over this stuff at all hours of the day and night, I can’t tell you how many times I’ve shouted out loud, “YES! Exactly!” to your words. Thank you.

Yup. Haven’t read a more simple yet accurate assessment to date! But I believe it’s not just that she doesn’t want to produce the requested documents - she can’t . They simply don’t exist.

Interesting video about the subpoena on Whitney and the idea that she was paid off by the ex in the amount of $10,000 or more to testify.

I saw that earlier today. I think the subpoenas have the amount of $10K set to avoid them being denied for being over broad. Following the money trail is important to map out the conspirators involvement and this will filter out a lot of small, irrelevant (or less relevant) transactions. We may thrive on minute detail to crack another of her lies, but the lawyers need to show broad brushstrokes to a jury over their half of 3 weeks in VA. I believe they are looking for a series of payments to the gang but they aren't sure how much was paid to who and when. Imo they aren't fishing, but they will likely net a lot of corroborating evidence in the process.

These people JD's team is serving subpoenas on for communications better be producing everything because JD has texts between iO, Raquel and Eliz. Marz that he entered as evidence in the dv trial. There are also texts between AH and Elon Musk being talked about in the media so JD must have those also.

According to Forbes, Emilia Clarks has replaced Amber Heard in Aquaman2.
It's really just an article about her selling her hours but they mentioned some of her fillms.

Another boring filing from Amber Heard's team in opposition to JD's motion for audio testimony.

Thanks, ForeverYoung. Forbes has a long way to go to fall off my despised list, but this helps. These are the only words I am interested in:

“...Her (i.e. Emilia Clarke’s) badass Thrones role catapulted her to A-list status, leading to other physically demanding film roles as young Sara Connor in Terminator Genisys and Qi’ra in Solo: A Star Wars Story. She also signed on to replace Amber Heard as Mera in Aquaman 2. Daenerys, Qi’ra, Mera—even her full name, Emilia Isobel Euphemia Rose Clarke, is a chore....”

Finally have the California ruling regarding he Disney Subpoena
Judge agrees Disney provided what was agreed to with Heard's prior council; However, Disney did not provide a privilege log for the documents they withheld. Therefore, Denied in part and grantedin part. No sanctions for anyone. But it is a good read that the judge wasn't too happy with Heard's current council
