So iO was willing to testify in the UK (and she did) but doesn't want a deposition. Just another spineless wimp like the rest of the nobody's freeloading friends.

Rocky trial pushed to October because of COVID (Joint agreed). I am guessing California is pushing for settlements because of huge backlog and they couldn't come to an agreement.

I've got a feeling with the Rocky case that JD's side want full disclosure of what happened. Just another one of my theories but - the guy loses it on set, gets berated by the lead actor/mega superstar, gets called in the next day and fired for his behaviour, decides to make a complaint for unfair dismissal and makes up some rubbish which seems to segue into a narrative around JD at the time. At some point did one of AH, the accountants or the lawyers get involved - if nothing else to encourage him along.

Because honestly, if all Rocky has is his own word (where are his witnesses? they would surely have come out of the woodwork and had their depositions leaked) - why is this still persisting?

I firmly believe JD has refused to settle without an admission of lying by Rocky. And it has suited the agenda of other people to have this hanging over him - I mean it suits AH for this to be lingering if the VA trial is in May (which I cannot see happening I am afraid).

I pray every single night that the Court of Appeal in the UK allows JD's appeal to go forward, and in March allows his team to put in new evidence - and there is some serious publicity and questioning about the fact that she lied. In the press. On TV. In court.

AdeleAgain: I agree with your theory of what happened on the set with Rocky Brooks. I believe the reason that he is persisting in this, is that he wants some money from JD. With the industry taking such a hit he's getting very desperate. Does that sound like anybody else we know?
Can you please tell me what documents were denied to JD in Fairfax that has something to do with the California request to quash Io's stuff? I am , sorry to say - totally confused, in several things that have been posted on this forum - I am totally lost.
