I would also like to thank everyone for their comments and corrections to the donations timeline I built. I'm a little slow sometimes and am incorporating the improvements. A v2 version should be available in a day or two.

Just watched the new lost beyond Pluto video. Great as always but I really want someone to help me understand the mechanism by which JD’s lawyers use her lying under oath to help with the appeal argument. It wasn’t in the skeleton brief because they didn’t have the evidence then. Gosh I miss Gre3f it is the kind of thing he would bury into. It doesn’t matter what is in the media the court would need to make formal consideration. But how? If anyone has any ideas please share!

My understanding is that they have some choices:
They can file a correction to their appeal to add it (again the permission to appeal).
They can ask for a hearing and try to bring it up.
If they are granted the permission to appeal, they can ask to enter new evidence that was not avaialble and the Judge relied on it in his decision.
If they get a new trial, it can come in then.

Yep. Fiedliity Charitable is another doner advised fund Elon Musk supports. He gave them over $12 million in in 2017.

She also subpoenaed Tracey Jacobs, Christian Carino, Laura Diveneere and nurse Debbie Lloyd. She likes to do this when she gets shot down by the judge. So who is next? The dogs? One paw for yes and two paws for no.

Isn't she worried about her 'friend" that bailed at the same time as Kaplan, because she was played (misled) by Heard.? The friend who heard the audio tapes. ......

Heard is certainly making this cluster more unholy. How can she sleep at night?

I don't know why she subpoenaed the others but it seems to be her pattern when things don't go her way.

The more evidence surface, the more I get paranoid how AH will spin it or wiggle her way out of the situation.
Newest Addition, is the time travelling SMEG fridge. Adam showed the receipt that it was purchased a year (?) later than AH claimed. But maybe they just replaced an old SMEG fridge with a new SMEG. Grrrrr!
Same with todays receipt of the Range Rover. AH could claim that JD only put himself onto the insurance and that she extra needed to ask to be put too. Adding to her "he-is-controlling-me-narrative".
I am getting paranoid that all the receipts will be questioned, doubted and ignored again in VA - but I want the case to be bulletproof and still can see loopholes for her lawyers.
