I am wishing for the best not getting my hopes up. The woman who did the video thought JD had a very good chance of winning the case and she was just as floored as everyone else. Right now I don't have much faith in the British court system given the fact they allow the same trial court judge to decide whether the case can be appealed. That's just insane.

No. A different judge decides permission. If permission granted,then three different judges hear and decide his appeal

I hope iO Tillet Wrigh gets sanctioned for deleting evidence during a lawsuit and especially after she was subpoenaed to produce.
