Johnny issued three subpoenas: One to the ACLU, one to Greg Williams for his pictures, and one to iO for documents.

Talk about suspense!

Courthouse news has reported that the judge ruled for Depp in part and Denied in part.

Heard’s lawyers maintained that Depp’s team is on a fishing expedition, demanding a slew of documents not relevant to the central question of whether Heard and Depp have defamed one another.

“What is on trial is Mr. Depp’s conduct toward Ms. Heard,” said one of Heard’s lawyers, Benjamin Rottenborn of Woods Rogers, on Friday.

Circuit Court Judge Bruce White denied some of the requests for documents by Depp’s legal team but ordered Heard to produce her arrest record as well as information related to her claims that the $7 million she received in her 2017 divorce settlement had been given to charity. Depp contends that Heard invented the abuse claims to get a larger settlement and market herself as a courageous survivor.

On December 15, Ben had a hearing with Judge White for "Emergency Motion to De-Designate Documents".
Amber's team was there to argue it, of course.

Then on Dec 15 we get the following order: "Re Emegergency-Confidential Documents". Order to follow

So I sounds like the Judge didn't make an immediate verbal ruling. He wants to research/think on it and issue a written order soon (we hope). I will assume his order to De-classify will be ruled document by document not just on a batch. Guessing here

I'm guessing other than wanting to have documents available for the public, Ben needs them to be available to show witnesses during depositions. That is just a guess by me.
