Where does this woman's money come from? She can't possibly have made that kind of money herself.
I almost rolled off my seat reading that she is claiming $100,000,000 in lost income. She would never even make that much in a lifetime. She is not even a B list actress. :harhar: :biglaugh: :rotflmao:
Made me think that she thought she would get big money from future hoaxes, extortion and fraud marriages.
Now Johnny has exposed her personality and methods, the number of potential victims is reduced.
I am joking but not totally.

Many thanks Judymac for providing some context and calming some of my fears :)

That slipped right past me, I was still laughing to myself at her making $100m or more from acting.

But now that you raise this aspect, this is exactly what she is doing. Nothing like intimidating your victims by putting previous victims heads on sticks. A trophy victory taken early will make others think twice about standing up to her.

Johnny did a subpoena to the ACLU and Elon Musk. After that she went nuts with subpoenas on everyone. They know they are screwed.

Do we know if the subpoenas AH had issued during the Kaplan days - e.g. to Jerry Bruckheimer - were ever completed? He was not to appear for a live deposition, rather to submit substantial amounts of info relevant to JD’s behavior, etc. I ask because AH’s new clueless attorney is indulging AH’s attempts to negate Johnny’s perception as a worldwide “icon” and Mr. Bruckheimer would seem to be a valuable, credible witness for JD in that regard.

Mr. Bruckheimer was long an unreserved, prestigious backer of JD, commenting in numerous interviews on his status in the industry in general and in the Pirates franchise in particular - all, of course, before AH (and Australia) came on the scene. I can’t help wondering, if asked outright, what Mr. Bruckheimer’s sentiments might be, now, given Disney’s knee-jerk, baseless firing of JD after the op-Ed. Mr. Bruckheimer, if he chooses to speak openly and honestly, brings a unique, dual “before and after” perspective to offering an assessment as to why JD, still a beloved and world-renowned individual, has morphed into an undeniably Hollywood (and MSM) unmentionable.

Is it too late for JD’s team to issue their own subpoena of Mr. Bruckheimer given the totally different, but now inarguably relevant, path his testimony would shed light upon?

I found an article that says Warner Bros is considering Emily Blunt for Mera in Aquaman 2, in light of Johnny's lawsuits. AH may be out!

There is talk on twitter she was bought out months ago but she never would have made anywhere near the cross claim of $100 million on this film or any other films in the future combined if she lived to be 1,000 years old.

If AH’s hundred million dollar “lost wages” lawsuit vs Johnny is given the green light, can Johnny then demand she submit copies of her income tax filings for the last ten years, at least, to establish a reasonable yearly income - a picture before, during, and after Johnny’s influence - to perhaps inject a bit of reality into the claim of “lost wages” she’s trying to lay at JD’s feet? Deposit slips from all the various contributions that have been instrumental in maintaining her erratic lifestyle would only count if she paid taxes on same.

At some point she’ll be faced with a dilemma: either cough up back taxes on all that free cash she’s had access to for years now, or pencil-in real income numbers that would show her for the greedy, gold-digging fool she is and always has been. In any event, the cash-in/cash-out balance sheet will never support her desperate, time-wasting lawsuit vs Johnny. Her counterclaim, as well as the new lawsuit, should be dismissed with harsh sanctions for playing fast and loose games with the Court, not to mention for making a mockery of the judicial system as a whole.

Both sides can ask for whatever they want, then they will have to convince the judge of the relevance. This counter suit is just a strategy by her new attorney's.

Agreed, but one with potentially quite embarrassing results for AH.

:agreesign: Her new attorneys seem to have an aggressive strategy. I wonder how long it will take her attorneys to figure out that Amber Heard is a manipulative liar and they need to run the other direction.

I am sure they will once she starts taking hissy fits on them when things don't go the way they planned.

On another note, bringing up alleged affairs was totally irrelevant and unnecessary. It has nothing to do with the case. Musk is being brought in because of the timing of his involvement and he would be a witnesses if she had any injuries. Her calling out people who Johnny did or did not have affairs with have nothing to do with her claim. It's just a way for her to get back at someone she was jealous of and hoping fans would go after that poor woman.

If Johnny has had an affair while with Amber it could actually come out and backfire on AH - as so much else she has tried - because she has said all along, that Johnny couldn't control his violence. And this woman could testify in court saying something like "No, he is the sweetest, gentlest guy. There was NO violence, controlled or uncontrolled. But I did see him with cuts and bruises all over several times"

She is trying to bring in an alleged affair in order to make him look bad. Her counter suit is that Johnny abused her. Johnny's attorney's could argue that any affair that Johnny might have had is not relevant to whether Johnny abused Amber.
