The Judge in California ordered a Discovery Conference Aug 27 to try to solve the supboenea quashes she filed - which were scheduled for February.

What is your twitter account - or DM me.

If anyone wants me to follow on twitter I will. I got piled on with some new followers and many of the accounts were very suspect. I had to go private for awhile to houseclean my followers. Especially in light of Adam being targeted (as I already was). If I follow you, and I'm happy to, then you will always see me if I go private.

I couldn't find this new document filed in twitter, or anything new from Adam Waldman. Also absolutely stunned with several new insights here. One very interesting about JD :omg: I thinking this may be what takes some of the Hot Air out of ScAMBER! :snoopydances:

Lots of new things filed including JD subpoenas and the ex's counterclaim. Click on the drop down menu and select the case.

So much to read in one day is crazy

I noticed while AH is quashing JD subpoena for Jennifer Howell in California...AH is now subpoenaing Jennifer for herself

I can’t imagine California judge will be happy with that

How will that help her, please? No matter who subpoena JH it will be bad for Amber if JH sticks to the truth, right?

The side that brings in the witness does a direct examination. They can limit the subject matter of the examination. The other side can only cross examine on matters that have been brought up in the direct examination. Amber's side wants Jennifer Howell as a witness so that they can limit the scope of questions.
