Re: The Lawsuits Thread
It is fairly easy to read at Bye Bye Blackbird on Tumblr. That's where I read it. Tried to copy, but unsuccessful.

Here is an email written by Jennifer Howell to Whitney, after Whitney said JH had lied.

Re: The Lawsuits Thread
I agree firefly dances it is a stunning declaration.
At first, reading the headlines it generated about her Tesla and the lawsuit over the embryos I sort of groaned and thought that it had undone anything helpful that the witness had to say about the March 2015 fight.
Then I read the actual witness statement and of course - she isn't saying any of those things are true - just that is what AH was saying at the time (when her sister had just had a baby). I doubt there could have been a lawsuit in the US without it becoming public.
It is just fascinating - how many people seemed to know about AH's violence problems. And like whoever gave the lawyers the video from the reality TV show - here again is another person reacting to lies on the witness stand.
I think for me this witness' credibility comes from (1) the fact she has nothing to gain from this in fact quite the reverse. 250k was donated on AH's behalf - doesn't matter who paid it from the charity's point of view - they got a large cheque as a result of their association with AH - and they won't be getting another one now. This witness had far more to gain by keeping quiet (2) she is reporting what she heard Whitney say on multiple occasions and it is not in dispute that she lived with Whitney from March 2015 (3) the correspondence between Whitney and the witness is unbelievable. Whitney is all - "how could you do this to me" - not "why are you telling lies about me". (4) the reporting on AH's mother's reaction. We know from the texts how much she adored JD. Genuine or not, AH's parents never thought JD was violent.
And once again AH always tells people what a victim she is. She tell JD that Tasya was abusive. Then tells Elon that JD was violent. Then was saying to her family and friends Elon was controlling. Love to know what she's said about Biana, Schnabul and any of her other partners.

Re: The Lawsuits Thread
According to Howell's declaration, Whitney also lied about why she went to Howell's apartment. Whitney testified that she was kicked out of the penthouse apartment for allegedly selling the wedding pics to the media but Howell says she left because of Amber's abuse. I would not be surprised if she did sell the pics but only because Amber told her to and she took the fall.

Re: The Lawsuits Thread
I've reread Jennifer Howell's declaration and agree with what has been said. She is a believable witness and the link to Howell's email to Whitney (thank you Moonbeam) provides even more validation to her statements. Howell is trying to do the right thing in setting the record straight. As we move closer and closer to the Va trial, the sisters are being shut down by credible witnesses from all directions. They foolishly underestimated that the dramatic publicity they created would skyrocket them into luxury, but ultimately fell flat by outsiders with a conscience and integrity.

Re: The Lawsuits Thread
I think Howell is also trying to clear her own name. She seemed insulted when Whitney said she (Whitney) slept on the floor. She also sounded insulted that Amber gave no money to their charity, especially when she had been honored by them, which is understandable. Amber only gave to the ones that would get her attention.Chocolat wrote: ↑Mon Aug 10, 2020 3:42 pmI've reread Jennifer Howell's declaration and agree with what has been said. Re: The Lawsuits Thread
It's a good point ForeverYoung - if you gave someone a room in your home it would be pretty insulting to hear that they'd slept on the floor. Reminiscent to me of some of AH's little details which I think she litters her stories with in a bid to sound authentic eg the Smeg fridge, only to find that it is often those little details which allow people to pick the story apart. Do hope some of the other people who were in the room and heard Whitney exclaim about Australia are willing to come forward.

Re: The Lawsuits Thread
There is now an annex document on Nick Wallis' site, submitted by JD's legal team. It was referred to in closing arguments but not at that point ready. Apparently it is 230 pages long, so pour yourself a glass of something and enjoy. I may wait until I've got a clear day or long evening to do it.

Re: The Lawsuits Thread
I started reading (couldn't resist) but had to stop or that would have been the rest of the day.
It is basically a compare and contrast from the transcripts of the court proceedings. It takes each incident in chronological order and puts next to one another either the contradictions between JD and AH or more interestingly between AH and AH.
I am only on incident two have already had a "what now, what did she just say?" moment. So interesting to go back through picking out salient key testimony. It is v clear AH cannot cope with being questioned. She expects her word to be authoritatively taken and sounds irritated and angry when asked to explain or her explanations are unpacked. Her standard is to give roundabout explanations peppered with "well I am trying to explain this to you" I swear she had to stop herself saying "if you'd just be quiet and listen".
I am looking forward to getting down to the Australia incident.

Re: The Lawsuits Thread
One should think that she would be eager to let the court see all the evidence of how much Johnny hurt her. And since she was the rational, healthy, sane one, who never touched drugs and alcohol, there shouldn't be any problems at all, savvy? Eh, right
?

Re: The Lawsuits Thread
It makes my head spin. So much is a repeat of the transcripts and Amber's circular wanderings just leave me exhausted.
