The document filed in the VA court by her lawyer is only as to him not seeking sanctions from her violating the VA protective order in either case. He can still use documents from the UK court in the VA court.

I am sure you have all seen by Adam has posted screen shots of Whitney Heard going at her friend/former boss Jennifer Howell for giving a statement in the VA case. But what's really worrying is that Whitney was tipped off by the Sun's lawyers that this was going to happen, hours before Adam received the statement. But he had been on the phone to the witness.

If this is true (and I would doubt Adam would make that accusation publicly if he wasn't sure - they are still hacking phones.

Which is awful. But it makes you wonder - if they are hacking his phone and yet STILL can't find any evidence he's abusive .........

If Ms Howell spoke to anyone about expecting to prepare a declaration (maybe an Art of Elysium worker) then that person could have contacted Whitney to alert her. This is what seems more likely to me.

Been thinking a lot about Whitney - very conflicted. On the one hand it seems clear that she is a victim of AH's just like JD and Kate James. The difference is that the latter two haven't lied under oath. Nonetheless you only have to look at the body language and expressions on faces when AH and WH came out of court after she had given evidence to see exactly how things lie.

Just when you thought that the drama between these two famous actors could not get any more inflamed, we have another log to throw on the fire!

While the now-divorced couple is involved in in an ugly and public battle, there is actually even more drama going on behind the scenes.

Actress and her lawyers have been investigating the origins of several specific online attacks and petitions against her.

It seems that they may not have been the organic work of rabid fans of her movie star ex-husband.

There may have actually been a professional, coordinated and deliberate campaign to prevent her from securing work and earning a living.

If that is the case, who would have coordinated and paid for such a campaign?

They suspect that it may have been The Actor and/or one of his attorneys!

Yikes.

If you think about the Weinstein case, cases were filed against the disgraced producer not just for his physical attacks on women, but for his attacks on their reputations and careers as well.

We do not know what evidence they have, but if Actress’ attorneys can prove that Actor and/or his attorney were involved in trying to destroy her reputation and her career, you can expect even more lawsuits to follow!

There is no doubt in my mind that Blind Gossip was written by Amber Heard's PR. First, because of the way it is crafted. Second, because they use the word "we" and thirdly, she already hinted in her twitter (at a time when I used to be blocked but then all of a sudden unblocked) about cyber bullying.
