You Justintime are always so poetic.

Thanks everyone on here for allowing me to vent and rant and high five. Special thanks definitely needs to go to Lbock who is just on it all the time - so insightful and able to bring up old photos/evidence etc to debunk the confident lies told by the other side.

According to Brooke on twitter he has not looked at her once, but today glared at iO Tillet Wright during his evidence. I suspect for JD, hurting his children is simply unforgivable.

As I've said before every so often I have a look at what AH stans are saying. They've got lots of detail from the proceedings today - pouring over Ms Sexton repeating what AH told her about how controlling he was. I noticed they are literally reduced to re-tweeting the Sun headlines. Maybe the odd article but honestly if that's what you are constantly re-tweeting you have to question what your life has become.

I also did a double take as they've got up the door-hitting-his-head in the bathroom audio - claiming that JD's team had never played the full clip and it totally vindicates her actions. I had a heart drop moment (why do I fall for it) - but no, it's the exact audio we heard before from her deposition. Oh but no - JD's team has fooled everyone - he scraped her toes and admits it! Honestly these people are idiots - and they are also buying and not questioning her brand new version of events, that the selfless lamb was beating him to save his life!

Another Friday and another high for the JD team - was it last Friday we had Kate James' bombshell? I know the JD team all came out last Friday looking very happy. Big hug to whoever brought out that reality TV clip today. In all honesty it isn't as decisive a blow as her audio tapes in my view but it is another very significant thing to undermine their credibility.

I am trying to reflect a bit on how people are feeling - I hope JD has time for a call with Marilyn Manson who I suspect is chuffed to bits to have been mentioned so many times in the case.

Wonder what Amber, Whitney and Bianca will do tonight? Queue some awful weekend PR thing - tea with the Queen maybe?

Also wondering if she will stay for the summing up on Monday and Tuesday - still blows my mind that NGN/Wootten have just left her to it. That's commitment for you right there!
She will be there Monday and Tuesday in full amish victim mode. So sad the big bad abuser made me relive this publicly

So the gist of it is it’s NOT going in his favor? How much longer is the trial? It sounds like zoners are feeling like she will get away with everything.

Actually, myfave, I feel that Johnny did well. On the stand, he was calm and truthful.
AH, I believe, has been caught in her lies, more than once. I do not believe that NGN has proven their case.
Johnny got his truth out, which I think is healing, irregardless of the outcome. I do believe, though, that in the closing arguments, Johnny's barristers will bring all of these AH problems on the stand into the light. Truth will prevail.

myfave - the Sun have to prove he was a wife beater. I think they've proved he enjoyed alcohol and drugs (not something he denied), that he has an off-the-wall sense of humour (also admitted), and that his life style is unusual. But as to the claim of him being a wife beater - their entire case rests on the claim that he would 'black out' - beat her, and not remember. But I cannot see that they have proved he beat her. The Sun case rests essentially on two witnesses who are the only two people who claim that they witnessed these beating - AH and Whitney.

Both have severe credibility problems. They give the strong appearance of having lied, concocted and messed around with dates and evidence. They have been caught out on little lies and the stories have veered from far too rigidly consistent only to fall apart (eg the Keith Richards documentary) or frankly being all over the place with different claims almost within sentences of each other (Australia finger).

AH has got a problem with the tapes. And it is a problem she has made bigger by coming up with bullshit explanations although to give her her due, I am not sure what you are supposed to do if you are determined to lie and then confronted with hearing yourself say things like "I didn't punch you I was hitting you" or "I meant to hit you but I didn't mean to kick the door into your head".

It might well come down to the positions the two sides are taking over interpreting the law. The NGN claim is that if the judge determines that there was one incident of him hurting her except in demonstrable self defence - then they win. JD's side is that (1) since the case rests on the evidence of one main witness, if she is found to have lied about one incident, then her testimony for all 14 must be discounted; and that (2) because 'wife beating' is a criminal offence, the judge must have more than a reasonable belief (I can't remember the exact phrase) that he is guilty - the judge must essentially believe he is guilty beyond reasonable doubt.

We have no idea what the story is about the sexual violence claims but I can only assume it is his word against hers. Since those claims stem from incidents of domestic abuse claims, presumably by disproving JD was violent initially you can disclaim the sexual violence.

I am not sure if also in play (this may have been dealt with in the first hearings which allowed the case to continue) but there is an argument about what was known at the time. I remember JD's side say that any reasonable research even in 2016 must less 2018 would have brought up doubts over her story - police officers seeing nothing etc.

I think/hope that is a reasonable explanation of where we are.

I think the court of public opinion is overwhelmingly behind him - he's consolidated his support since the tapes came out.

What I wish somebody had asked Amber: if Johnny had violent blackouts caused by drugs and alcohol then why didn't he attack anybody else? And how could he control himself and wait hurting her until they were alone?
I know they are simple, naive questions which might have been asked and answered already. But I would really love to have some answers from her about that.

I believe it is going in his favor and he will win but he isn't going to come out of it smelling like a rose. I think the judge is going to blame both of them for staying in a volatile relationship that should have ended long before it did. The Sun published the article without telling his side and they relied on things told to them that have now come into question.

I have opened the day 14 transcript on my laptop with Microsoft Edge, Comodo Dragon and Chrome browsers. The only difference is that I have had to given the browser permission to open the pdf file.

I was able to open it on my kindle with my Silk browser there. The files can be very slow to open
