Hi all, interesting mess up with Laura Divenere that her lawyer jumped in and then the American NGN lawyer went up to the judge.

I have tweeted with the screen shots of documents, don't know how else to share.

Laura D gave a declaration in VA for Depp Team. Adam organized it. He contacted her and more or less said, 'You've been seen in and out of the elevator on CCTV on and around the days of May 21 and we would like a statement from you as a fact witness. I guess she wasn't thrilled. He explained this was a normal request and he'd be happy for her to do it voluntarily, otherwise he would have to subpoena her and she'd have to get a lawyer at her expense. So she gives the Declaration

Sherborn/Shillings submits that Declaration in UK in a bundle of declarations from Virginia.

NGN then comes up with this secretly recorded audio that basically says Adam coerced her to give a declaration and what she should say in it. Laura D wants nothng to do with the UK lawsuit, but NGN wants her to testify so they file a Motion to Compel her. In document exchanges, Laura's lawyer opposes the motion and provides exhibits which include emails from her attorney to NGN attorney Rufus-Isaac stating Laura D wrote the declaration and stands by it. These are not the emails that Sherborn had in court.

Sherborn tried to present an email between Laura D and Kevin Murphy that was a "draft" of her declaration. Adam also posted on twitter and text or email from Laura D saying "she understood the process....and stands by her statement"

They moved on to the Testimony of Katherine Kendell which Wass blew off and Sherborn is "Marking" which I think means he will complain as NGN compelled her to testify.

As far as the Laura D email/claims - not sure if it was handled after the day ended or if it will be handled on Monday Morning as they have "Housekeeping" applications before Amber starts at 10:30.

I think LD just got scared because she felt like she was being pressured by Adam and she couldn't afford an attorney. When you don't know the process of how things work it could be intimidating and nobody wants to be caught up in a high profile case like this, except AH, of coursee. If LD was really loyal to AH she should have went to her right off the bat and told her the situation, imo.

Sorry but I disagree about the booing at Amber. I think she deserves everything she gets after what she has put Johnny through and continues to put him through. Even when he wins every article that is he is mentioned in the allegations will be brought up because she put a label on him now that will never go away. She is lucky people aren't throwing rotten eggs at her.

Just my thoughts...the boos and insults are a reflection on Johnny's fans but I understand the need to vent four years of frustration for a dear man. Perhaps an effective way to show disdain for Amber Heard is to simply turn our backs to her upon her arrival and departure from court. For a woman who thrives on being the focus of attention, ignoring her can have a more powerful impact.

I agree with Chocolat that turning away or simply not acknowledging her is a better course. But I also think Johnny should have a corridor to walk to court and not be mobbed--far too dangerous.

I have noticed the security is now allowing the fans to get close and it's probably also a PR thing, also to show how much support he has while nobody is there cheering on for her (except paps for pics) or giving her cards and gifts. That must be making her nuts.

So, to me, listening to this and reading her testimony, I don't think it sounds favorable to Johnny. Am I missing something?

In short, no matter which version of her witness statements or the secret recording the court uses as evidence, she never says she saw any physical injuries to AH on the dates in question and she was never told about any abuse.

As a close confidant/friend/employee of AH for 8 years and an employee of Elon Musk and only a casual acquaintance of Johnny, she isn't supporting the AH side of the story.

I have tried to keep up with the court hearings for the last 2 weeks keeping calm and positive for Johnny. It looks like the public is actually hearing/reading the Real Truth now, unfortunately some news group are still being snarky!
The many attempts by AH to cause Johnny not only physical harm but mental anguish burns me up! But, taking a woman's rape survival story is The End! How low can you go?! Huh?! I thought when I first heard the "hostage story" what cheap novel had AH been reading? It sounded very made up, exaggerated, dramatic and implausable!
Thanks for letting me vent, ladies and g's, I feel better! I want to shake Kate James' hand for her courageous testimony! One last thing, didn't Johnny look Gorgeous in his shiny new suits? I was so proud of him!!!

The point also about the Laura tape is that once again she illegally tapes someone. And my hearings of it she tries to get Laura to say that she saw bruises. One of the emails Laura wrote says that after giving the statement to Adam she felt awful knowing she had harmed AH and was a wreck. That bit I do get.

Why would Amber illegally tape a conversation with someone she knew wouldn’t know about abuse or wouldn’t have seen bruises (because they weren’t there). Sounds like all Laura saw was her face a bit red and swollen from crying.

I think because she was starting to believe her own lies but she was trying to get LD to say that she never witnessed any abuse against Kate James either.
