Many thanks for that Link, Lbock. Quite a read, lengthy but eye opening. I have to comment at the outset, Mr. Justice Nicol seems a very patient, fair man.

I didn’t expect Mr. Sherborne’s treatment of the David Killackey testimony and its relevance to take such a convoluted turn. Also, looks like Vanessa and Winona may be subjected to some harsh, smear-riddled interrogation (if they even are allowed to participate!) given the Defendants’ desperate attempts to render their statements irrelevant. And why, when so much time has been available, would the submission of any critical info be left to the last minute leaving it vulnerable to missing the deadline? Many other observations and questions, but I’ll try to keep my own counsel.

Hope Johnny is healthy, able to keep himself focused, and finds strength in his belief his grandfather (Paw Paw) is still with him. So much stress, I can’t even begin to imagine the toll.

So, AH says that Johnny was abusively controlling her by taking her car for overhaul and leaving her with no transportation for 3 and a half years?? In her letter dated 5/24/2016 to Johnny's lawyers, where she demanded penthouse 1, 3 & 5, with all bills paid, attorney fees, $50,000 per month, I believe; she also asked for the black Suburban, that she was now driving with all bills on it paid.

You remember? It was the 'extortion letter', where AH said if Johnny didn't provide all of it, that she would release her poisonous abuse hoax to the public?

So, how then can AH claim that Johnny had her so under his thumb, under his control, that she had no transportation??

Please!! I am sure that she could go wherever she wanted, whenever, just by saying Mrs Johnny Depp!!

Yep, it's all here in black and white and it also said she was willing to settle all matters which means if Johnny gave into her demands she would not be in the bottom of the barrel where she is right now by starting all of this. I think she got the Range Rover in the divorce which she never drives anymore anyway.

Lbock, that article in that tweet, "Amber Heard Reflects on her...", is incredibly entertaining. You Zoners ought to really give it a read!! That is, if you can make yourself get through it!! It is dated 5/27/2014. She claims that she doesn't drive her mustang, so that she can hide from paparazzi!! COME ON!! So much of the article shows you the type of person she truly is...

Reading what happened at the UK court the other day, one can deduce that the UK Judge like the rest of us is sick and tired of this hoax.
I think he's ready to hand down the verdict.

Based on the court document about the conference the other day, it confirms that Amber is ready, willing and able to testify. Besides, she has nothing else to do anyway. She has no real work now or in the future.

Well, if all the above is true why didn’t Mr. Sherborne pull back the curtain and set the record straight right then and there? Instead, they went round and round in circles, never touching on any of the clarifying points our ladies made in the above posts. Indeed, at one point, driving Mr. Justice Nicol to say outright how confusing this was! For three and a half YEARS AH was supposedly without a car to drive (or the means to secure one?) because she was so thoroughly under the control of the evil Mr. Depp? This is almost too silly ...

MaryS, I’m with you. Give Johnny his life back, throw the book at NGN and Wootton, and send AH on her way with some assigned reading on the ramifications of committing perjury. Were it only so easy.

I think it is important to remember that this is not an original transcript of the proceedings and doing all this by video link makes things harder than usual. These kind of conferences means only one person can talk at a time and the judge didn't seem to be familiar with the documents he had, imo. I'm not even sure he read anything before the call which was basically about some of the witnesses and if they should be allowed to testify based on their statements.
