As, I have been on this case for a long time.

I bought a new phone and it hasn't got the app for downloading certain documents.

All I want to know the part where she says she supposedly was violently shoved.
If I recall, Johnny doesn't mention anything like her version at all.

again and told her to stop. He pushed her away from him onto the bed
and told her he was leaving and that she should not follow him.
2.6 The Claimant called Sean Bett (a member of his security team, and an 18
year veteran detective of the LA Sheriffs Department), who was
stationed in a penthouse apartment next door, and asked to be driven
home, explaining that Ms Heard was “at me again”, or words to that
effect. The Claimant was taken by Mr Bett to the Claimant’s house in
West Hollywood. The Claimant did not toss aside or smash items as he
left.

Variety & Deadline are reporting on Winona & Vanessa testimony in the UK court case.
Reporting it begrudgingly mind you.

And of course her team can't help but comment. You know it's them because they write that Heard must have some evidence.

OMG! Yes, Moonbeam, an indefensible “norm” for the slime that tries to justify its lowlife tactics behind a claim of “journalistic privilege”. No longer guided by its long-time mantra “all the news that’s fit to print”, the NYT (and other once somewhat respectable rags - THR, Variety, Deadline to name a few) is now only fit to share space with the garish headlines of supermarket tabloids.

I share your anger, intensely. When I first read some of this most recent hacking stuff, my initial reaction was involuntary - my stomach dropped and I could only think, “No, no, no - not still more for Johnny to absorb!”. But I gather Mr. Waldman and JD have probably been aware of this for enough time to at least know where to take it.

Indeed, “What happened in 2010?”? A lot . . .

The whole phone hacking scandal wasn't limited to Johnny whose name wasn't brought up at the time. It caused the downfall of the tabloid "News of the World" and a change, at least for awhile, in how the British tabloids got their dirt. This Wikipedia article shows the significance of 2010.
