JudyMac - thank you for the shout out - it is less anxiety and more frustration. I supposed for me this just represents the extent to which so many bad people, who are bullies and just plain nasty - seem to get away with things. I just feel that until there is a court judgement no decision will be made on her by L'Oreal and WB and she gets to walk around like nothing has happened. The bare faced cheek of what she says is incredible. Why wasn't her ticket already booked if she's so keen to be here?

I am not anxious because colourful though JD's language often is, he clearly writes from the heart and this says to me more than anything - if he had abused her - he would have poured this out in one of those texts.

All they have is a bunch of impassioned texts - not one of which ever found their way to her - so how can she have been harmed? If he had written anything threatening to her we would have heard about it long, long ago.

Whilst he has her own voice, along with everything else by way of actual evidence on his side. I was about to write - and yet four years on, here we still are. Except that's not true. The audio tapes have so damaged her - even with the biased, out of context reporting of the texts, the overwhelming majority are not on her side.

I was worried about you. I don't like to see anyone getting upset about the delays because that is not something we can change. I really believe in Karma. We know that Amber Heard has physically and emotionally abused Johnny Depp. She will get what is coming to her. It might take a little longer but she will be exposed as a manipulative liar. She is so arrogant that I don't think she believes that her lies will be exposed. It will make it even better when she is put in her place. The companies that have supported her are going to look foolish. L'Oreal sells products to women and I think they are going to end up losing a lot of money, because they supported Amber Heard.

It does seem shameless that Amber Heard waited until travel was banned and then claimed she wanted to get a flight out of the U.S. The good news is that I have seen a huge increase in reporting Johnny's side of the story. It might not be happening fast enough but it is happening.

It's true that there is an increase of posters on Johnny's side now and a lot of people are finally seeing through her BS and her sleezey lawyers, calling Johnny a coward while he is trying to protect people in the trial from the Coronavirus.

That text with its "I will stop at nothing" was, as far as I have understood, send in 2016. But Johnny still held back until now. Protested and kept telling the truth; that he isn't an abuser. But didn't drag her to court immediately as he could also have done back then.
Then again it turned out to be good that he waited. Having won or at least settled with Bloom he got his hands on all they had hidden. I by the way also feel very sorry for him, that they would do that to him ...
But my point is that he did stop. He ranted and raged privately. But if she had let go, and stopped talking about it - perhaps settled down happily ever after with Musk - or until the inevitable divorce with much moolah to her - I think Johnny would have been the gentleman and also kept quiet.

These latest text release are from August 15. She had finally done her deposition. Laura Wassar signed the TRO on Aug 15 and it wasn’t adjudicated/accepted and dismissed until Aug 16. At the time of his texting, they were possibly still going to court. And the way Johnny was traveling, who knows what time zones these dates are coming from.

For example. If Dr Kipper was in USA, his Mar 7 text would most likely be Johnny’s Mar 8. It depends what phone these texts are being taken from. Idk

Carino and Kipper were both subpoenaed for communication regarding Hears etc (in VA)

Oh PS: that TMZ video was released Aug 12. I’m sure that added to his anger

Oh, Chocolat, that little anecdote just made me smile from ear to ear. Reminded me of an early scene from Donnie Brasco where he’s making breakfast (scrambled eggs ) for his three little girls - a natural!
