I had assumed that security cameras would be at the property boundaries and in the garden but not interior to the houses. Therefore I was thinking it was about who was coming & going from the property not what Depp was doing inside his own home.
This is an example of why Heard's team should explain exactly what they are looking for.
I don't expect anyone would keep security video for 3-6 years unless there was a known incident to be investigated. If there was years of video from multiple camera, it would takes years or many many staff to look at it.
This leads me into a rabbit hole of wondering if team-Heard is just being a nuisance or if they want to know what security video was kept because Heard or friends are concerned something they did was videoed. I don't expect an answer to my wondering.

They could be looking for footage of Johnny coming and going under the influence of something, or being held up by security, etc. They seem be focusing on the alleged drug and alcohol abuse in the items they are seeking.

Amber doesn't seem too concerned though in proving her defense. When it came time to do her deposition last week she went to Paris to walk on the runway for L'Oreal and was pictured shopping around Paris too. I know she is a spokesperson for them but I think they would have understood the circumstances if she did not attend.

We can call this dodge #1. I wonder how many more dodges there will be until Waldman has to get a court order for her to attend her deposition.

Actually, I have cameras inside my house and they are cheap and easy to install and amazingly clear. I have various settings, but I can record all day if I want, as I have an elderly parent home alone while I'm at work.

If its true and she knows he has cameras in the house, I'm wondering if she is looking for a video of him banging the cabinets. I think her's would be inadmissible. But I'm just guessing here.

I really doubt that he has cameras in his kitchen and if he does that he would keep video for more than a few days.
But if he does have video of the kitchen incident that is bad for Heard. It would show what she has edited.
There are parts of Heard's version when there is silence and it seems Heard's words have been muted, a different camera angle might show she was speaking to him. A longer video would also have more of what happened before and after Heard's version. A security video should have a time stamp.

Edit to add extra thought.
Hypothetically, if 4 years of video does exist, then it would surely show examples of Heard's behaviour. Maybe in 2013, she appeared loving and attentive but by 2016, she might seem harassing and hitting him in her casual way (as seen in Overhauling.)

Johnny gets a lot of visitors at the compound in addition to the amount of people who work for him so I wouldn't be surprised if there are hidden cameras everywhere. If I were him I would have them. He has tons of trinkets and floor to ceiling guitars all over the place. A party in litigation usually asks for documents, pictures, footage, to prove their case. If he does have footage of her, then she already knows about it, imo. Too bad he didn't have one when she pooped on the bed, although that would be pretty disgusting.

The bed-pooping was at the Penthouse not at Swetzer houses.

Notice that there is no request for any security video from within the Penthouse. I think there were no camera internal to the Penthouse but, if there were, Heard knew how to remove the video so as not to reveal the activities of her and her friends.
The building cameras in the elevator and foyers were not something she could control, so tried to keep her and her guests' head down but sometimes forgot.

Yes, that is correct about the bed pooping at the penthouse. I meant that maybe he should have had cameras there. I don't think that Heard had any control over anything which is why she has no witnesses to back up her claims.

What is really going on here; I’m sure we all know. It’s just validating to see others actually say it, too. Four more months of sick attempts to twist and wring the truth into something no one recognizes, but continues to shred Johnny’s reputation nonetheless. Ugh. Thank you to Mr. MacPherson for offering some cut-to-the-chase thoughts.

Rocky case doing final prep for Final Conference before Trial. The final conference will decide what is and isn't admissible. Including the judge will decide on the Limine motions re his lawsuits, alcohol/drug use, AH issues. Note from document page there are now witness lists and exhibit lists (6-7 pages long) and are combined by both sides.

Johnny’s team filed their opposition to AH motion to compel documents, medical records etc to be heard on Oct 11. Not sure how quickly judge will rule

There was some type of argument. That's one thing they both seem to agree on. Johnny testified in deposition that at the end of the day they drank wine together, hugged and made mends. Brooks is alleging that he was fired three days later when he refused to sign an agreement. I guess he had a change of heart when he learned that he could have a possible case against Johnny.
