So Johnny & Amber both filed their Assignments of Errors. So this is an outline of what they plan to appeal on

I read through them. But in the description of the video, I have lots of links including my copies of the filings.

Youtube is messing with my thumbnail and title, but this is the correct video

Regarding Johnny's Assignments of Error - (3) That the judge refused to allow them to show the articles with Adam's quotes in their entirety....

(They could have redacted only the mentions of the UK Trial)

Did Ben and/or Camille submit any requests during the trial specifically addressing the above issue?

There seems to be something missing here in the original timing. Hard to believe the VA Judge (Penney Azcarate) would have looked at that redacted mess and then simply rule against a more clarified, meaningful redaction effort - if such a request was actually made! - or not give any instructions!

Johnny Depp and Jeff Beck file for a declaratory judgement against Bruce Jackson re the song on their 18 album. The really had no choice as Jackson had sent them two Demand letters.

Bruce Jackson in August gave Rolling Stone an interview claiming Depp/Beck took a “toast” he published in a book but admitted it was taken from a person no longer alive who said he heard it from his father. Then he sent demand letters to Depp/Beck reps for credit and money. Now claiming he would donate it. But it seems Beck/Depp legal reps did their research to do the right thing (if they made a mistake) but found no copyright filing.

Lbock just seen on twitter that you got to meet Johnny. You did so much to inform people about the case - I'm so pleased he got to thank you in person. I am sure he is as nice as everyone says.
