Looks like I was wrong. A member of the crazy ex's team didn't call the cops on the Umbrella Guy, they called Child Protective Services on TUG and his two little girls and scared one of the girls into thinking she was going to be taken to the orphanage. This is a real

move on their part.

Shame on them.

Who exactly is responsible for that? Isn’t there such a thing as false accusations? And don’t they have to tell TUG who is making the allegations?

From the research I have done. Yes, he is entitled to know who. It is considered a class "D" felony, for false reporting. It might take a little time, but his attorney will find out who made the report. If that person has connections with "the defendant", it will be an unholy mess.

I believe TUG said that the Child Protective Services were called again to come to his house. There is a woman on Twitter, I don't remember her name, but she threatened this was going to happen again. Maybe Laura B. knows who I am referring to. In any event, making little kids cry because they think they will be taken to an orphanage is beyond low.

In addition to your excellent work - have a look at this - Angenette Levy (Law and Crime, so clearly on JD's side!) interviewing Camille and Jessica. I just can't get enough of this stuff. I just wish they would all stop being so polite - I'd love a glass of wine and hear them really spill the beans on AH.
