Of course, we know who is feeding her information, but interesting if the New York Post article is true. That's another spotty paper.

Re: The Lawsuits Thread
They must really be desperate to file a 5th motion to dismiss the case right before she is listed to testify this week.

Re: The Lawsuits Thread
Standard practice - really means nothing apparently.
I missed all of yesterday, so frustrating. I hear the experts were very good but how was Nurse Erin?
Does anyone know when the break in the case is occurring - I recall the judge has another commitment so there will be a one week break - wanna bet we end with a doe eyed AH recounting her woes? And leave that hanging for a week so the media can do what it always does. Really hoping the strength of the public support stays with him - because he has to sit in front of her and she will try every possible trick ...... I just can't imagine how he is doing this with such charm and grace.

It's standard practice for the defendant to file a motion to dismiss at the end of the plaintiffs case.ForeverYoung wrote: ↑Mon May 02, 2022 11:30 pmThey must really be desperate to file a 5th motion to dismiss the case right before she is listed to testify this week.

Yes, I saw that last night but still it's not going to look too pretty for her and her team, being the 5th attempt and now pics are out of her new PR guy (if in fact it is him - using his phone in the courtroom. He was also seen talking to her when it was over yesterday.Judymac wrote: It's standard practice for the defendant to file a motion to dismiss at the end of the plaintiffs case.

I hope this gets brought to Judge Azcarate's attention. It would be funny if her new PR guy got thrown out of court. AH and her entire team are pathetic.

Re: The Lawsuits Thread
The arguments were just presented to strike/dismiss the complaint but the judge is reserving judgment at this time because she has not seen proof yet that the ex did or did not write the article, if I understand it correctly.
Bottom line is that the trial will continue at this time and she is expected to testify soon.

Judge Penney didn't have the tweet in front of her, hence why she reserves judgment on that part is what one lawyer on LegalBytes said.

Judge Penny said that it has not been marked into evidence yet and so she has not seen the tweet.

The AH psychologist has just talked about Isaac's testimony - surely she shouldn't know that?

Ugh, I can’t watch the psychologist woman, a load of hearsay and lies.

Yep, and I think we all know if JD tried those things on her she would have decked him.

Re: The Lawsuits Thread
(1) Again - Isaac - she referred to Isaac's testimony.
(2) One big thing AH is screwed over is her insistence she has only ever hit JD once in defence of her baby sister - yet she seems to have told the psychologist that she did plenty of hitting.
That was unbearable. Especially the beginning bit - that psychologist was a typical third wave feminist - she talked entirely about women/she/her as victim.
Just watching LegalBytes and the lawyers on there seem to think AH's side has opened themselves up to all sorts of areas they shouldn't have.
Going to be a long few weeks ........

Re: The Lawsuits Thread
Her forensic psych expert got me impressed at first, but as soon as she was "testifying for AH" it was all hearsay to me! I guess she will be destroyed in cross.
1) Knowing about Isaacs testinony. Maybe she meant his written testimony?
2) All the details she threw in that AH apparently told Dr. Andersen about - not existing in my opinion. Dr. Andersen never testified to that, and if I remember correctly, saw a bruise on AHs arm, not the face.
Are AHs numerous therapists on the witness list?
Shoutout to Ben Chew - solid speech about the motion.
