I saw a video yesterday by a reliable source. It shows that AH is now claiming that she is having major troubles concentrating on her acting. Of course she is blaming Johnny for her PTSD and her inability to get fit for her role.
No surprise, but she'll stop at nothing, to prove he has ruined her career.
Did anyone else see it?

Yes, I saw an article that said an "inside person" told the author that she is saying that she is going through bad depressions but the author did not say that she was accusing JD of giving her the depression, that is either what the author or the "inside person" assumed. For all we know, she can just be overwhelmed being a new mother but wants people to think it's about JD. From what I read, she isn't doing well on set and if anyone saw the recent posting of her with a trainer, she hit him on the hand with the long stick (or whatever it was) they were training with and he walked away in disgust. After he walked away she pranced around acting like she was proud of it.

As for the VA case, I wonder what's next from her. Now that she lost in her attempt to use the UK case for dismissal, will she go back to saying the article was not about him?

That is neither to be excused or tolerated. Violence against an employee.

To be clear, the judge did not say he didn't get a fair trial.
She pointed out the differences between the two cases and the UK/US legalities: that AH was not a defendant in the UK trial and, therefore, didn't need to provide evidence/or be part of discovery. That meant that Johnny's team couldn't pursue her claims like they can in the VA case.

It wouldn't be fair to use that judgment (with UK laws against the Sun) in this case (US laws with a different defendant).

Whatever the guy was, if she hits these kind of people imagine what she will be doing to her fellow actors. She likes to show off for the videos she does because she wants people to thing she's a bad ass but here she is in the cases saying how she feared for her life.

As a former Star Wars fan, I remember watching the sequel cast rehearsing and noticed how the actors repeatedly apologised if they accidentally struck their 'opponents'; I mention this because it shows a marked difference and highlights the kind of person Heard is.

She actually scares me. Her behaviour is so erratic and creepy. I'm seriously worried about the child she has; I wish it was Johnny's so at least he could get custody of it. I have a horrible feeling this woman is going to kill someone.
