Nah. The courts recognize lawyers are humans and not perfect. If an error became a major legal issue they could file a correction (errata) (I’ve often seen this with dates even in this case) and the lawyers probably have errors & omissions insurance. (I did as a real estate agent for writing up sales contracts)

Eric Gardner from THR apparently has the inside info on the hearing today (maybe the press was on the call). He isn't telling us anything we didn't already know. BUT, he makes no comment whether Discovery was stayed (stopped). That would be telling

Elaine asked earlier for discovery to be stayed (stopped). Judge A denied this

In her recent filings under opposition of sanctions, Elaine threw the "stay of discovery" back on the table, but in her conclusion only requested that there be no sanctions. Andrea thinks she was just trying to get out of the sanctions. As far as we know, discovery HAS NOT STOPPED

I think she has both the UK judgement and the appeal documents as exhibits. Judge White May have gotten the uk judgement before she took over. She may only read the cited parts if the argument or the whole thing. She may skin over it if she doesn’t think it applies. That’s the best I can say

She might have them as exhibits but is don't see any exhibits to the latest attempt to have the case dismissed and the judge might have the UK decision but if it was not included as an an exhibit to support the latest attempt to dismiss it could be an issue, imo. I guess we will see. I don't see the ex's lawyer pointing out that the new Judge already has the UK decision to refer to.

I don't know. She is friends with that Youtuber Colonel Kurtz. Many were upset how the J4JD Hashtag was being used for completely unrelated content like interview with a Porn star, etc. Colonel Kurtz sorta apologized (after blocking many) and then double and tripled down blaming the fandom and playing the victim. It was awful. She is still going today. She blames me for Andrea leaving, but I posted proof I did not tweet at Andrea. I responded to another comment where Andrea was part of the thread. I don't know if she will come back, honestly. Sadly
