Amber Heard seems quite desperate to get Johnny's deposition yet she avoided doing her COURT ORDERED deposition three times. The third time she did show up she refused to come out the room to have her deposition taken. She was pacing the floor on the phone yelling and screaming and would not come out. When she finally did do her deposition it was filled with proven lies.

AH has filed her opposition to Johnnys request for continuence. No mention at all of her counterclaim nor the many motions she has pending in California two of which are to be heard in February after the trial date

She has included that she was told many months ago that Aquaman 2 would begin filming in Spring 2021 lol. So I think she’s opened the door for the judge to ask for proof of that so he can consider a new court date to work around both productions. (Just an opinion)

This is just a guess, but with Johnny having put in official paper work proving that his film schedule has been set for FB3 - isn't it strange AH hasn't done the same for Aquaman 2? After all, a simple email from WB would put an end to all of the speculation about her future in the franchise. Look at what she said, she was "told" that filming would begin in Spring 2021. Doesn't mean she is in it! She may very well have been told that.

If she was in, this was the perfect opportunity to slam dunk it to everyone in an actually quite dignified way. The articles and YouTube videos saying she is still in it, come from one source only - AH. No one is even quoting a WB source anonymously (at least as far as I am aware).

Good point. However, there iare two things that has been overlooked.

1) The word "dignified" is not in her vocabulary. 2) With this Covid virus, everything that has NORMALLY / ROUTINELY done for eons, has to be changed around adding more precautions and "time" to the shooting schedule. WB might not be ready, to start this production.

True Granna but I would bet the farm (if I had one) that if she had some official confirmation that she was filming ANYTIME next year she would have included the letter - if nothing more than because she cannot be outdone by Johnny. And one of her standard defaults is to be vague on details but claims things as absolute facts.

Even if she were in it, just because she was "told" shooting would be in the spring 2021 doesn't mean it's going to happen. It's a long way off and anything could happen between now and then. Johnny's date is more definite and I think the Judge will grant his request.

Sorry if this is duplicating anyone here since I've been away from Twitter & don't see this in the recent posts on the Zone. It appears Justice Nicol will not be handing down a decision re QB-2018-006323 Depp v NGN & Wootton until 9/30/2020 at the earliest.

I emailed the generous UK court clerk to ask her if she could add me to any distribution list to receive the Justice's decision. Her response:

"The Hon Mr Justice Nicol and I are out of the office until Wednesday 30th September.

Emails will be looked at periodically but do not expect a reply until our return.

New papers filed by the wicked ex. All of a sudden now they want to move the case along quickly after delaying things for over a year with those ridiculous attempts to have the case dismissed and she doesn't want her charity contributions revealed.

I'm so confused at this point regarding whether Johnny is truly late with his discovery. There was a mid August hearing for Depp's opposition to her motion to compel(s), but we don't see an order for that.

She is wanting to stop several things including Depp getting information on her donations, her affairs (Musk, Franco & OTHERS), they mention the embryos, her past arrest, doggy gate, Samantha McMillan & Homeland Security--basically she wants to exclude anything wrong she has every done.

She wants 50-51 audio tapes that they learned existed from his UK lawyers. Depp team did file they have recordings, that may be privileged and they shouldn't be required to turn over illegally recorded tapes - claiming the 5th (I can't imagine what Depp was recording as far back as 8 years).

In California, Amber Heard did file a motion to Compel Disney and filed to sanction them for $4700+. She has now confirmed, Disney will be meeting with the court

Not to worry. Johnny's team will file a response. Let's not forget she took almost 18 months to file her Answer to the complaint, refused to sign the forms for her medical records or turn over recordings herself. Her new lawyer is trying whatever she can to get it dismissed because the bot claims are not working for them.

Looks like the new lawyer could be trying to rush things because she is worried about not getting paid and can you blame her? The ex has no work and Loreal Paris has a new spokesperson now. The lawyer is trying to get Johnny's team to sign a consent order to confirm they will pay attorney pays IF she wins.
