Also with the vomiting at Coachella. Am I just worn out? I really don't care who vomited when. I get that they're trying to prove that Amber lies about literally everything, but it's just draining at this point.

Re: The Lawsuits Thread
FlowerBySea I believe the point that has been made is that it's another nail in the coffin of their stories.
AH was led down a path of her own making which went something like this: he beat me on Thanksgiving. But didn't you have guests? Yes but he beat me after they had gone, he always beat me after everyone had left or gone to bed. He beat me around 10pm (I think she said around then)
Right - well is this video of Thanksgiving? You all like you are having a fun family time. Yes but he beat me when I went upstairs. Ok well this is at midnight, so when did he beat you? Oh well that particular night, now I come to think about it, it was a beating in two parts.
She said it was a beating in two parts.
Then for Rocky - ok you went upstairs and AH said he'd thrown wine at her (in the bedroom at PH5 BTW which doesn't have a bedroom - following this??). Yes that's right I saw the wine - and I would have taken a photo but darn the luck, I didn't have my phone with me.
Ok well have a look at this video - isn't that all of you having fun? Yes but I don't know when in the evening that was quite early. Ok that was a midnight. So you are really say that you went upstairs, your friend had been beaten, and you just all came back down, nice and jolly cheering Jack on being a monster. Oh course you did.

Sick of the sick?
I am sick of the security guys being imputed. We've all seen what they are like - they are constantly dragging him away. The chances of ANY of them standing around whilst he beat someone up is ludicrous. I think I said the other day that the thing which first convinced me that he was being truthful were the police officers but actually that's not right - the first thing was her claims that security would stand and watch him beat her and eventually say something like "boss please". That convinced me.
No way. A body guard's job is to protect the principal - possibly from themselves. It is quite hard to imagine one, quite tough Alpha male watching another guy beat a woman up - but expecting us to believe that multiples of them ignored it is rubbish.

Re: The Lawsuits Thread
Yes! Sick of the sick and their sick.
By the way, about Kristina Sexton saying she thought Johnny was upstairs for hours during Amber's birthday dinner, refusing to come down... I think this again speaks volumes about the kind of person Amber is. She knew none of her guests would sympathize with her attitude if she told them he was at an important meeting which went on longer than scheduled. If her behavior was fitting for "sulking spouse won't join the party", that really shows how selfish and without self-control she is. Nothing shocks me anymore, it's just a sad validation of her egotism, to make him sound like a complete brat when he was actually having one of the worst days you could imagine.
About the bodyguards: Amber has her circle of witnesses closely tied to her, and for whatever reason, this group of people is very dependent on her benevolence. That's why she projects it onto Johnny and his employees. She can't seem to wrap her head around the idea of professional integrity and people doing the best job they can. These guys could work for any other big name in Hollywood, they have nothing to gain from doing a bad job and not stopping physical violence when they see it. That is literally their job description.
Edit: I'm sorry, I just had to laugh at my own statement.. "and for whatever reason, this group of people is very dependent on her benevolence". Yes, why do her freeloader, bead maker, "interior decorator who doesn't have 20,000 dollars savings" friends depend on her benevolence?! We may never know.
Ok gotcha - I thought the story had always been "Johnny beat me up after the party". I didn't realize there had been a wrong time given - how shocking that Amber is now changing the story around and adjusting when new evidence surfacesAdeleAgain wrote: ↑Fri Jul 24, 2020 10:52 amAH was led down a path of her own making which went something like this: he beat me on Thanksgiving. Re: The Lawsuits Thread
It's to show the label "monster" wasn't as serious as Amber made it out to be. Nor "savage". Here they are all joking about this "monster" who supposedly beats her to a pulp everytime he comes out. She said everyone knew about him as the "Monster". Is that something you would joke about at Thanksgiving if this was remotely true.FlowerBySea wrote: ↑Fri Jul 24, 2020 10:18 amTo be honest, I don't understand the relevance of that Thanksgiving video. Other than showing that Jack liked Amber's dad, which is just depressing for everyone to think about now. What point are they trying to make?
Monster meant he wasn't giving AH all the attention she demanded and that would make her mad.

Re: The Lawsuits Thread
But neither Johnny nor Amber are using the word "monster" in that video, right? I mean it's a common word to use, especially in this situation where a kid is chasing someone around playfully.
I got the impression that "the monster" was something Johnny used in his discussions with Amber and vice versa, not something their whole social circle kept referring to. Certainly not Jack.
I think Johnny explained that he did use that term to refer to the side of himself that would fight back and give in to arguments with her. The one that screams insults below the belt etc. She just took it to another level and made him feel like this monster was an alter ego and was the part of him that was to blame for everything that went wrong between them. And later on added the physical violence aspect.

Re: The Lawsuits Thread
Also her and her sister kept going upstairs to try to get him to come down and join the party??? What were they doing cause he was 100% not upstairs. Perfect example of her manipulating people and taking actions so people believe her fabrications.FlowerBySea wrote: ↑Fri Jul 24, 2020 11:09 amBy the way, about Kristina Sexton saying she thought Johnny was upstairs for hours during Amber's birthday dinner, refusing to come down... Brian McPherson said on Twitter: "Sexton was told Johnny was upstairs the night of Amber Heard's bday party & refused to come down. When in fact he was at an important business meeting not even in the building. So why would Amber & her sister keep going upstairs? Well her nurse was at the party so I have a guess."

Re: The Lawsuits Thread
Well, it looks like we lost the case regarding poopgate. Turns out Amber suffers from poop phobia, so she couldn't possibly have anything to do with it.
I can't wait for this transcript.

Hmmm suffers from poo-phobia yet selflessly clears up after the dogs because - you know she would hate to be a burden on housekeeping.
Have to wait for the transcript of course but I don't see that any of the three new witnesses today were much help in proving JD was a wife beater.
So despite the access they all had, the master keys, the holidays, the dinners, the fights - only Whitney saw him actually be violent to her and well - Whitney's credibility was pretty shot to pieces before today's video.

Nobody ever saw Johnny hit Amber. The only thing we got from today is seeing how unreliable Amber's witnesses are and how they are all inter-connected. Johnny's bodyguards aren't sitting on a Caribbean island with the island manager and Kate James smoking joints and braiding each other's hair. They're all independent from one another.
Amber has a clique, Johnny has a variety of individuals on his side.

Wonder what Amber, Whitney and Bianca will do tonight? Queue some awful weekend PR thing - tea with the Queen maybe?
Also wondering if she will stay for the summing up on Monday and Tuesday - still blows my mind that NGN/Wootten have just left her to it. That's commitment for you right there!

They're all getting hammered this very minute whilst listening to Amber's endless furious rants.

Re: The Lawsuits Thread
Thanks, AdeleAgain, for your calming words and, Moonbeam, Chocolat, ForeverYoung, and RumLover for your ongoing, legitimate concerns and insights. And “Thank You”, Lbock, for the steady hand you’ve had on the keel all these months both here and on your own Twitter page. I can no longer put together a string of coherent thoughts on what Johnny has been, and continues to be, subjected to without dissolving into diatribes not worthy of our dear JDZ.AdeleAgain wrote: ↑Fri Jul 24, 2020 10:11 amMoonbeam I am sure that featuring heavily in the closing arguments will be that all of these horrendous injuries were never treated and that AH was not treated in Australia despite having a doctor and nurse right in front of her.
Thank you Ms Sexton BTW for the 'Amber wore no make up in the day'. We know - we can see in the photos when she is and isn't made up.
One observation I had right from the start of this trial, though: I think the U.K. Court, initially, was genuinely caught off guard by the intensity and scope of world-wide interest in the quiet Complainant, the overwhelming multi-layered complexity of the case/hoax, and the depths of dishonesty willingly plumbed by a cowardly puppeteer trifecta-Defense and their sociopathic “Third Party Witness”. This was never just another miffed celebrity libel complaint. And, I believe, it may have taken, perhaps, too long for the kill-or-be-killed mindset and commitment of resources the winning of this case would require, to finally take root.
I am hoping with every fiber of my being it is not too late for Mr. Sherborne and Ms. Laws to fight fire with fire. I don’t believe JD can ever be fully compensated for the horror he has been put through. But I am looking to Mr. Justice Nicol to slice through the chaff, to cut no quarter, and to accomplish something as close to heralding the song of the other side of the roaring rapids as is judicially possible.
