Imo, If they are saying "mutual abuse" it means that they are admitting she abused him. After all, we all heard the tapes and saw his photos with dates and time stamps. However, she has no real evidence or witnesses that have come forward that they saw him abuse he and none of her photos have date and time stamps, including the one of the fake bruise she sold to the media.

I actually think that that is an important point.
People has seen HER abusing him.
But so far nobody has come forward and told the media, and thereby us, that they actually saw HIM abusing her. Even IO says, he only saw what Amber showed him later and told him was the evidence of Johnny abusing her.
But - and here's my point for repeating what you all know - Amber herself stated, that Johnny abused her when so drunk and/or high that he didn't know what he did himself. So there's no way he could have been enough in control of himself to only abuse her, when they were alone, in my opinion!
I am not a medical professional in any way. But that is common sense, isn't it?

All I can say is that Heard's reply to Johnny's complaint if she files one is going to show a lot.
It will show what direction they intend to take.
We will have to wait till then.

Or at least get back the settlement money he paid her + lawyer fees.

Heard's flying monkeys once again are out in full force. So something is or has gone down.

Again, it’s only speculation she will file an appeal. It’s based on the fact they’ve tried everything to dismiss it

They reserved the Plea in Bar for antiSLAPP hoping that new bill would get passed. So they were still hoping for a dismissal loophole (hail Mary pass)

Also, I fully expect Kaplan will file an answer of some sort on time. They can be pretty routine and it’s a big black mark on her as a lawyer to miss Filing an “answer” especially with all the extensions they’ve been awarded intentionally or because of COVID-19

There'll probably file an *answer* that will be packed with lies as the first was.
Because why not, they have had no scruples in doing just that so far.

So, the second test will be the UK trial.
When Johnny wins will they continue?

Very, very strongly agree, MaryS.

Johnny has shown his kind heart, patience, and forgiving nature toward AH (and numerous others) throughout their entire relationship, IMO, to a fault. The Sun and VA lawsuits may be the only avenues left for him to secure a solid, shot-heard-round-the-world proclamation of his innocence backed by a similarly tangible, indisputably validating award of damages and fees. AH may claim to be destitute right now, but who knows where or how or when memories may begin to fog and new doors may be opened for her. Life doesn’t begin and end in Hollywood.

Further, Johnny’s family, especially his children, (and those who have staunchly defended him) should never be left in the position of having to defend his memory with a court/jury decision that could conceivably be referenced as mitigated in credibility because of a pittance of awards in damages or fee reimbursements. Money talks, big money talks even louder - and longer.

I think someone here, awhile back, clarified that any monetary awards (damages and/or fees) would be followed up by the lawyers since that would be their source of payment. In other words, it would never be left to Johnny to take on the roll of bill collector. AH may not go to prison but, at the very least, she’ll be dogged for a very long time by the memory of her hideous deeds, like it or not.

Heard is finished in Hollywood. There will be no new doors opening for her. She was tolerated there because of Johnny.

Johnny may not be friendly with everyone in Hollywood but he sure is liked more than Heard. And he has talent.

Heard has no talent. If she was talented, it might have been a different story.

There is reporter from NYT trying to contact some people on twitter who are posting about her being fired, wanting to know where they got the info from. This person is also contacting their spouses by phone and text. Meanwhile, another poster who has connections in the biz said they heard from multiple sources that she is fired. Somebody is really desperate to find out how it was leaked.

I believe that if it ends up that they abused one another in their toxic relationship that will still come out worse for Johnny because he's the male... I hope it doesn't come to that in court. I don't think that would be a win for him.
