I agree about something nasty coming, she'll be especially mad about all the positive headlines and outpouring of love on social media. She has been ominously quiet on her own instagram.

I agree. No way is she just going to be quiet and not retaliate.

I have also been thinking that the timing of Johnny starting his own social media page is genius.......and probably timed to perfection. And although I don't see him openly or blatantly attacking her on his IG page (because it's not his nature), I DO think now that he has his own outlet for HIS voice to be heard, she may watch herself more (We can hope ). Johnny has clearly had it......and she's running scared and grasping at straws. It's like he's saying, "Bring it, ! I'm ready!"

I don't think Johnny will publicly mention her at all. To his credit, he never has. He pretty much ignores her completely. Johnny knows that Amber will do more on her own to humiliate and discredit herself than anything he could ever say or do.

I think you are right, Larkwoodgirl. And the fact is, he doesn’t need to reference her at all. More people than ever are aware, now, of the way things really played out between them. She’s long since passed the point of diminishing returns to benefit from ever more shocking “reveals”, falsehoods, and blatantly outrageous tales of abuse. Even her staunchest backers are likely to find it far less stressful to finally spill the truth and let the chips fall where they may.

I AGREE.....and I meant no offense. Johnny is WAY to much of a gentleman to ever name her outright. All I meant to infer was that I am happy he at least has his own social media now because I DO think he's at the point where he will speak up for himself.......even if it is cryptically. Know what I mean?

This whole business of Amber throwing The Washington Post under the post is so typical of her because nothing is ever her fault. I agree now that Johnny is getting a whole bunch of attention with his new social media accounts must be driving her crazy and so soon we will see her out in public again and/or some new smear campaign but I think by now everyone has her number.

I say good...let Amber go on the stand and commit perjury and violate the NDA. Sure, the Judge is allowing her to testify but her violating the NDA is not his business, imo. It's almost like the spider saying to the fly "come into my web..."

Excellent find. Make Up Melanie is being compelled in the Sun case to give testimony. But I don't think the London judge has ruled on it yet. Still pending maybe?

Thinks she lives in LA. So her LA lawyer can fight this. Gonna cost her $$$. Will she counter testimony to Samantha already in legal record. She still follows Samantha McMillen the stylist but stopped following Amber Was going to close her account. But stayed Intetesting. Rats jumping ship

UPDATE: The plot thickens. I revisited the VA website for the Subpoenas for Brandon McCullough and Lauren Shapiro and Kelly Milano. (Lauren works on the Corden late night show. Kelly is a friend somehow, but not recently) Melanie has an attorney filing an opposition in The Sun case to force her to appear. Her lawyer is the same one Brandon and Lauren are using in VA (Anya Goldstein), which I assume AH is somehow providing. Why would Amber "provide" a lawyer to help stop her friend from giving testimony for The Sun?????

It is not the first time that Amber's witnesses have used the same lawyer. In 2016, Raquel Pennington and Elizabeth Marz were both represented by Jonathan Pakravan. This can be seen in their deposition introductions in Depp' May 2019 Opposition to Defendant's Motion to Dismiss. Pakravan is a California divorce lawyer. I don't know whether using the same lawyer is a usual way to reduce expenses.

If memory serves me correctly she is free to testify with Johnny being apprised and permission given to any legal authority, police, court etc. Lying. That is another story altogether. NDA is covered I believe. Check the divorce papers to be sure.

Yeah, Johnny and Waldman are giving Ms. Heard enough rope to hang herself - figuratively speaking, of course. And she, not being the sharpest spoon in the drawer, (yes, I do mean spoon since nobody would ever take her for a knife ) has taken all nine yards and run with it practically winning Johnny's case for him, so he can just follow Jack's suggestion; sit down, have a drink and make bets

I was looking at timeline for August 2016. A recent Daily Mail article said Johnny sent texts to Christian Carino. I only just realised this was the day before settlement was announced.

Only had time to listen once but things that immediately leap out (1) she was not physically injured - no one mentioned it and given her propensity to talk about herself if she was hurt she would have been screaming "look what he did" (2) even when crying about the whole incident at no point does she seem to show any sympathy for him (3) Dr Kipper saying "she's smashed the bones in the finger", along with the way Jerry and everyone is talking - it was clear they all knew she had done it (4) once again there is nothing here that doesn't fit in with his version of events. There are details he hasn't added but they are not actually relevant to the injury or her allegation of abuse. From my recollection in every place except one - where Jerry is speaking about what he may or may not have imbued - it is what Amber has told Jerry. And wow did Jerry Judge seem to have her number. He understood she didn't want him to take her home because she knew he was not open to her manipulation.

The question of drugs and alcohol intake will be clear enough in cross examination and the evidence - if he had high levels of alcohol or anything else in his bloodstream the doctors treating him would have known. The witnesses have also noted that he was not visibly drunk although he was panicked (Malcolm was very clear on that point); and the texts - clear, precise. Three glasses of wine and I am texting total nonsense. He clearly wasn't those were lucid texts.
