This :censored: :censored: :censored: tried to come up with every possible maneuver to try and and manipulate Johnny to not file a response to her divorce complaint. Blackmail, threats, etc. but when she accused him of leaking info it was the end of "Mister Nice Guy" as Alice Cooper would say. A bad slap in the face for him but maybe a good thing because he finally saw through all her BS and made the decision to take her to court. :pirategunshot:

Hey, All Depp lovers, I know I don't post often and really haven't been into the thick of this, but I just have to put my :twocents: in after this last clip Brian posted. God Bless, Brian for getting it all straight and telling the truth.God Bless, Johnny for going through this horrible last 5 -6 years! I am not ashamed to say that I love this man! I have followed his career, (on this website) for over a couple of decades and sure, he is not an angel, so to speak, he's just a man with a big, loving heart (who loves quickly but DEEPly) with creative artistry flowing out of his. . . :freaked: hands. Like you guys, I am hoping, praying that this defamation lawsuit will be processed correctly, on time as well, and Johnny comes out clean and shiny and the witch gets 20 years in a dark closet, far, far away. :mort1:
Just my FYI, but, thanks to all for information posted, it really does help. :worldhug: You're a great group of wonderful people! :thankyou:
"He's that and a whole lot more," said his driver. "He's a wonderful guy. I'll tell
you firsthand, he's a great man."
. . .and the Golden Globe goes to . . .

:signhi: Cesar'sSusie. Good to see you.
We do feel the same and as you said, praying for Johnny's peaceful future. :namaste:

@ForeverYoung...
Agree, the tactics she tried using to control Johnny are obvious amidst her manic ramblings.
What stood out for me was that the last part of their conversation is particularly chilling. Up until the end, Johnny remains calm and focused, really trying to rationally reason with AH. At one point, he even politely excuses himself. But she is unwilling to work it out with him peacefully and privately because clearly her plan is still to destroy him. Johnny is completely gutted by her remarks and his final response to her is truly heartbreaking.

Through the years, for the many xoxo's, giggles & kindness...
thank you & love you Johnny.

:agreesign: Johnny went from "I love you" to "you don't exist" within 30 minutes. Her accusations of her leaking info was the last straw, it seems. She tried every blackmail tactic she could at the time for him not to file papers and still she had the nerve to say HE was bring cruel to HER. :smh: :no2:

No. She asked for it in her extortion letter before she filed the dv charge but Johnny said no. She had tried in the divorce too but eventually withdrew that request (after she was getting called a gold digger) and made a statement that it was never about money. Right.

No, she asked for 50K per month, which she claimed she needed based on their marital lifestyle: among others 10K for rent, 10K for entertainment, gifts and vacation, and 10K miscellaneous. She was denied that by the judge. She then withdrew her request for spousal support, claiming she only asked that because "she thought it was standard operating procedure in a divorce case".

Kind of silly, for someone knowing enough about divorce cases to be so adamant to JD that he did not have to file as well.. :perplexed:

"if you dont respond to your partner's petition for divorce...you are givig up your right to have any say in your divorce or legal separation case".

Sorry I have to jump in on the question of mutual abuse. I said after my first listening of this that in places he didn’t defend himself but I’ve listened a bunch more times and in additional to what Brian has already pointed out I would strongly note the following,

She is babbling and firing off stuff really quickly in a typical abuser manner.

We are listening to what she is saying with the hindsight of nearly four years of going over this case in every detail. But I am convinced that for much of her high pitched ramblings and throats he had no idea what she was referring to at that time. In fact in parts I think he responds about different incidents.

She is so general in what she says which again is typical of people who are gas lighting and lying. But he isn’t. In this and the other tape he is so specific about what he has done. A push. One time he threw something.

Listen to the whole thing rather than picking out individual bits and it is totally clear who was the abuser.

She .has a history of lying. So when she says the criminal prosecutor said she had the most solid evidence he’d ever seen that is clearly not true. Maybe just maybe she had told her lawyers that she did have time stamped photos etc and they said she had solid evidence. But they must have been sorely disappointed when it failed to show up. And where is it now? Why hasn’t it been filed in Virginia? If she had this it would have been out long ago. Why submit photos which aren’t time stamped if you have that evidence? Why provide evidence which is flimsy when you have the real deal?

And most telling of all has to be the final few minutes. Firstly when he flips over the allegation that he told the press about her past and she says thank you actually quite sweetly and nicely and desperately but you can hear she spends the next few minutes realising she’s pushed him to far. When he says I’ll see you in court her bluff has been called. But he is confident. So even though in June 2016 he didn’t have the overwhelming evidence he has now he is confident of going to court.

Everything about this says she has lied and lied and lied again. And him pushing her away or not responding as she incoherently honks at him (love that expression thank you Johnny tape one) does not remotely equate to mutual abuse.

PS. Second apology from Perez Hilton to Johnny in a week. And the scores on the petitions? Amber out of aqua man 222,145 and supporting amber 1,800. Ah bless they are really crushing it.

Agreed/ Amber is all over the place with her stories and is not consistent either.

AH: I just want you to know, I'm not doing anything and have not been doing any move. Look it up, the timeline. Noting was on the offense. Everything has been a defensive move because I'm being called a liar and a gold-digger.

But later on in the convo:

JD: Amber, the abuse, the abuse thing is, is we've got to deal with that, yeah. We've got to deal with that, Amber.

AH: We don't have any way of, my credit, its my credibility. You know.

JD: Then why did you put that out there?

AH: I did not. You forced me. Your team, forced me to by going on the offense.

They talked about the 'mutual abuses' and the lack of media coverage of the audio tapes.

I saw that timeline on twitter and saved it...thank you for compiling it. These audio tapes.... it is so very sad for Johnny to have all of this out there for random people to analyze and argue over (me included.) He was dead right about making her up in his head. What a long nightmare for him.

Your timeline is really helpful, Lbock. Thank you. I’m finding it hard to remember what-happened-when anymore.

It seems there is an enticing void of sorts right now being filled by peripherally interested people (I certainly don’t mean anyone here!) who have the audacity (good sense?) to hastily admit their limited knowledge of this five-year(+)-long ordeal seconds before they dive in, and again, even more briefly, before they close. How can any legitimate psychologist, marital therapist, etc. be so unprofessional as to post on the internet(!) a personality and/or behavioral “analysis” of the principal individuals in this lawsuit? The very behaviors they’re commenting upon are driven by complex twists and turns of actions and events involving significant players from virtually every walk of life, none of which these “professionals”- by their own admission - have even a cursory knowledge. They are worse than tabloid contributors. They have impressive letters after their names.

You are so right, stroch, and so eloquent. A seemingly never-ending nightmare.

I wish the Hollywood community would put something together to show some major, unified support for Johnny, at something all the mainstream media would look undeniably foolish and biased to ignore. Now, while the all-important “buzz” is in his favor. They would all have to cover it, so the trembling cowards amongst them would not have to go it alone . . .

The major news outlets are a bunch of cowards because if the situation were reversed, if Johnny was the one to admitted to physical violence, we all know it would explode the news feed.
