Towards the end of Tara's statement she talks about Johnny, Amber and nurse Debbie Lloyd being on the island from August to December of 2014. I had to go back and read it again to make sure it said 2014. It is really confusing because the incidents don't seem to be in the order of the date they happened.

The terms paint thinner and paint lacquer can be used for the same thing. They are not the same thing but they are both used to thin paint. One person might call it lacquer and someone else might call it thinner.
Heard's motion to dismiss (Virginia April 2019) pages 52-55 Exhibit 5 is text messages Heard with nurse & doctor.
They have date Aug 17-18, 2014.
These are text that Heard chose to support her case but if you read them keeping in mind new information about withdrawal from pain-killers and Heard keeping his medication, they tell a different story.
While I don't believe Heard when she describes an event that occurred on a particular date, I am inclined to believe something occurred on that date (maybe the opposite of what she says.) This has been a repeated pattern with her stories.

I don't believe a word of anything she or her so called witness friend say about these alleged incidents. So far she has not been able to prove a thing and has no witnesses to back up her claims. Even her own friends/hairdresser and stylist did depositions that don't support her claims; she dumped Raquel for whatever reason and Raquel's now ex-husband testified that Raquel never got a text from Amber to come over. I think it's pretty obvious he wanted nothing to do with this charade and has nothing to loose by telling the truth. Raquel said she had pics of abuse from over the years but never produced a thing and neither did her photographer friend iO, who said she saw the aftermath of abuse. What kind of photographer sees a friend's bloody pillow and doesn't take a picture??? I called her out on this and then she blocked me. Amber didn't even list her own sister (whom she said she was trying to protect when she punched Johnny in the face) as a witness in her dv charge. As a matter of fact, a LOT of what she is alleging now was never in her dv charge.

Thank you RumLover. It is sad that there is so much abuse that it gets confusing.

Good for you to call her out. It makes a lot of sense. No excuse. Cell phones have cameras too.
All the photographers I know carry a camera with them all the time.

Also, I am puzzled as to what information she would have to blackmail anyone?
1) People in Europe in general have never heard of her. Only those who have been following Johnny closely know her. He has a lot of fans that do go to his movies, but have not much interes in his personal life. I didn't either till I came across the accusations against him.

2) I think Meeps and Rumlover are right about her blackmailing people to get favors done. IMO She has been getting roles this way. And since met Johnny and then Elon, she got a bigger pool to fish in.

I'm sorry, I wasn't trying to say anything bad about European's. I should have said people who read and respond to the Daily Mail. It's a British tabloid, that is why I incorrectly said "people of Europe." I know people from many countries including the US read and comment on the Daily Mail. The point I was trying to make is that The Daily Mail seems to try to push Amber Heard's agenda. They give people an unrealistic idea of her power and popularity. I apologize again for offending anyone, that was not my intention.
No worries, appologies accepted. My comment was not meant as an attack on you. :tulip:

Does anyone know the disposition of the Sweetzer property dispute? Was it settled in Johnny's favor?

I believe it was settled in his favor, but I can't remember the details. I know at one time the Mandel's tried to foreclose on the mansion. It is currently not in foreclosure and it is listed as "not for sale".

The TMG lawsuit “quietly went away” after it was settled on July 16, 2018, with the Hon. Peter D. Lichtman serving as mediator. The terms of the settlement have not been disclosed, but as one comment suggested:“TMG just settled a suit that branded them as frauds(sters)” . . . and, IMAO, thieves - tells us a lot about who came out on top, don’t you think?

As far as we know, Johnny is still living in the castle, and guests still stay in the buildings on the property. The Mandels did try to have the foreclosure on Johnny’s property treated as a separate case, but on February 28, 2018, a court ruling () merged the foreclosure with Johnny’s original case vs TMG. The merged lawsuit is what went into mediation on 07/14/18, and ended up being settled two days later.

Johnny's ex business partner had a prior relationship with the bank that was foreclosing on the property. He helped TMG set up the loan and never told Johnny about the foreclosure, which make it a conflict of interest and malpractice. In any event, the foreclosure did not happen and Johnny still has all his properties.

Thanks Judymac, justintime, and ForeverYoung. I searched around and couldn't find a definitive answer. I did look at the L.A. assessors records, but they don't give the owners name. So again, thank you for the information.

Hi everyone! It's been a while since I wrote on here, but I keep checking back every now and again to get the latest news on Johnny and also the lawsuits. Thank you everyone for being a reliable, level-headed community, as always :bouquet:

I have a question - since there's been so much information, I couldn't keep up with everything. RumLover, you said something about an audio tape:
RumLover wrote:Earlier in the deposition there is an audio tape where Depp says "But punching me in the jaw you did?" Heard replies "I OK I'm sorry".
Is there a link to the deposition, is it public? I tried to find something in the thread, but I wasn't successful...

Found it on page 75, Ade posted the (in case I got anybody else wondering). It's Johnny's declaration, which cites a deposition from June 2016. We're all gonna have a degree in law after this is over.

Sorry for the double post, I couldn't find the edit button... Apparently, today is a very confused day for me.

Both parties have submitted extracts from the deposition but not the complete transcript. I quoted from

I know it's trivial in the grand scheme of things but if there's one thing that makes me mad is I'm absolutely furious that Heard is practically responsible for the box office failure of Alice Through The Looking Glass.
I loved these quirky and sweet natured takes on Carroll's books. I thought Johnny gave two of his best and most underrated performances in them. And I loved his chemistry with Mia. Mia herself stated that she was open to a third film, and there were a lot of fans on the Internet who wanted to finally see a happy ending for Alice and the Hatter.
But then Heard chose to open her mouth. Cue a campaign, #imwithamber, to boycott AttLG, and the result was the film flopped. Heard cost Johnny more than Captain Jack.
How I wish I could see what those well meaning but utterly misled campaigners are thinking now.
