And this is why social media is is on fire supporting Johnny with his side and the facts.
Mr. Waldman responded with fierce words in defense:


Depp’s attorney, Adam Waldman, tells The Blast “There are 87 surveillance videos, 19 eyewitness statements (and growing) and other evidence that show beyond any doubt Amber Heard also perjured herself when she sought and received a temporary restraining order from a California court for a battering hoax she claimed she suffered on May 21, 2016. We will also seek consequences for this perjurious claim.”

“We are now interviewing other women who have come forward claiming they are victims of domestic violence at the hands of Amber heard, in addition to Johnny Depp and Tasya van Rhee. Regarding her public attack on Ms Rhee, Amber Heard was arrested and incarcerated for domestic violence, although she later lied about those facts too.”

We are told that Depp’s team intends on filing proof via depositions from the couple’s divorce, where Amber admitted to assaulting Johnny.

Waldman continued, “Amber Heard’s problem is not only violence but perjury. Today she filed that she only ever hit Johnny Depp once, to protect her sister Whitney, and cites her own deposition. The reality is that in her own deposition, Amber Heard grudgingly admits to multiple violent attacks she committed on Mr. Depp, including throwing a can of paint thinner into his head in front of witnesses, punching him in the face when they were alone, and kicking a door into his head when he was kneeling down. And she refused to answer under oath whether she herself had violently abused her own sister Whitney.”

What her lawyer didn’t say is the most telling.
He didn’t deny nor address the Elon Musk situation, he didn’t address the video evidence, he didn’t address the third party witness accounts, he didn’t deny anything they have proof of. Nor did he offer any proof of their own for these new allegations.

He is blatantly changing the subject by bringing up new allegations and not addressing what is very specifically stated in the two defamation suits ( the Post and the Sun).

And again defaming Johnny with allegations of drunk and medicated behavior. Johnny’s team hasn’t mentioned anything about Amber’s drinking or alleged drug use. Or any other alleged affairs.

They have only detailed occurrences that she has previously mentioned and they will now probably address the newly mentioned occurrences in some fashion.

It also sounds like they are gathering character witnesses to establish a long pattern of violence and abuse and lying/perjury that Amber apparently has.

Judges appreciate a concise report that is supported by evidence.

Unfortunately I have just read even more horror stories about what our boy is suppose to have done to the poor little innocent woman - like Snoopy says ... It seems, AH is in a free fabulating mood at the moment

Perhaps in Mr. Waldman's swift response to Amber Heard only focused on what he had prepared at that time.
Sharing the additional facts about her past abusiveness toward others and her sister, Whitney, is very damaging evidence. Johnny's team is no doubt going to address Amber's latest allegations about Johnny in due time and they won't speak out until their statements are backed by sound truth. I understand how frustrating it is to read the ugly words directed at Johnny and want for immediate rectification. In reality, until the truth comes out in trial or a settlement is reached, expect more of the same from Amber Heard because playing to public opinion by making false claims is her sword. We can combat her with our voice via social media, reiterating the facts that already have been placed in evidence against her and in due time, Johnny's truth will prevail.

I think AH is getting very desperate. She knows that during the trial she will be exposed as a liar and a scammer. This is a desperate attempt to sway public opinion in her favor.

I missed a lot of this thread. Is there any avenue to show support for Johnny? A web page or something? Disney should be ashamed, I did email them but probably was just ignored.

She has changed her story so many times that I don't believe anything she says is true.

I find it hard to believe anyone could be undergoing such repeated abuse without there being continual physical evidence of it - surely someone would have spotted the signs and intervened.

I do think Johnny and Amber brought out the worst in each other and that either or both could possibly have become violent during arguments, but nothing she says here is convincing to me.

What he ever saw in her or why he married her remains a mystery to me. I’m not sure his career will ever recover but I do hope he can find some peace in his life eventually and move on from this horrible woman.
