Thank you, salete. I've never heard of that explanation but it does sound plausible.

It does not sound plausible for Australia. We have a well run national blood bank. Johnny was treated in a city. I have never heard of friends donating blood directly in this country. If the Blood Bank is running low on a particular blood type, they will ask their regulars or the public for donations.

Maybe Gina just went with him to the hospital. The few times I have been in an emergency room I have had someone go with me. I have also gone with my husband and friends when they have to go to the ER. It's nice to have someone to talk to while you are waiting.

The thing that bothers me the most about the domestic abuse allegations is they came out days after Johnny's mom passed away. It makes me extremely sad that Johnny not only had to deal with losing his mother (which is difficult under any circumstance) but he also had to deal with her allegations. I lost my mother a few months ago and I am thankful that I have a supportive husband to help me through the grief.

I perused, skimmed, read and reread the complete court documents and am overwhelmed with not only the key points but the little details that have just been revealed. Specifically, how Amber Heard was, and this is putting it as nicely as I can, DUMB enough to approach the Eastern Columbia Building's staff asking them to lie for her (Retract an already given statement about not seeing marks on her face) so she could pass it along to a "friend" of hers at PEOPLE Magazine. ( I wonder who that could be). If she had the confidence to think her deception would work, then that would give cause to believe that she has done similar in the past.

Video surveillance is all over the building, covering all who enter, exit and anything in between. It's the eye in the sky that catches every move, every moment of joy and every mistake.
Play acting, such as it was caught on video, Amber, her sister Whitney and Raquel Pennington's staged face punch and laughing over it, is appalling to say the least and outright shameful for three grown women to behave so heartlessly.

The seriousness of this court document has not been overlooked throughout social media. And mainstream news outlets from all over the world are also posting bits from the many pages of solid evidence. Yesterday morning, ABC's Good Morning America covered the story and I suspect that the upcoming printed entertainment magazines will also feature portions of the document as well.

I like the way this and the Sun paperwork stays focused on just a few incidents. It's crisp, clear, concise, backed up by evidence admitted to the respective courts. I wonder if he was forced to go after her directly since the Sun presumably couldn't get her to testify/cooperate?

He could probably expose a great many more lies or hoaxes (perhaps the Australian dog incident, etc.) than he does here.

I recall her "testimony" in Australia where she said something about not having time to prepare the paperwork on the dogs because she was concerned about and taking care of her husband after his hand surgery. If Johnny's documentation is true, then she was already with Musk in some capacity and the direct cause of his hand injury. This could explain why Johnny didn't take the wrap on the dog issue for her, but instead, let her be charged and prosecuted. Whatever she said under oath in Australia could come back on her someday, too.

Also, in the British GQ article, it was mentioned that someone (Rowling/Warner Bros/FB) hired a crisis management team to orchestrate the GQ article. I wonder if this team is directly or indirectly involved with the Sun and the Op/Ed lawsuits, as well as, the quiet settlements of the TMG, bodyguards, City of Lies lawsuits.

These battles are being chosen very carefully and systematically.

SnoopyDances, I think she could testify for the SUN. As I understand it, this is what I've read, that all she needs to do is get a temporary waiver from the NDA from the California court. So she doesn't have an excuse for "being silenced". This is what Johnny's attorney, Mr. Waldman released in his statement...they welcome her to testify.
Yes, I agree, there must be a lot more that can be used as evidence that they're keeping back for now, including additional pics and witnesses.

I am just so curious about what she is thinking/planning. More 'revelations' about him. She will surely fight back and continue to claim victim status? The Elon Musk revelation is interesting - presumably a lot of this hoax was motivated by her concerns that this would become public - and the public hates women who cheat. And a woman cheating on Johnny Depp when his mother had just died?

And what about Raquel (now ex friend) and IO Tillet? They surely can't stick to their lies but then as I understand it, even for a Temporary Restraining Order - those witness statements are still court documents. Presumably perjury carries serious punishment in the US? It certainly does in the UK - a former government minister went to prison for it.

Oh Amber - you could have had a quiet divorce, kept your $7 million, pretended you liked and respected one another - and you'd have still had Aquaman and no doubt so many more roles. I don't believe he would have ever have spilled the beans on her behaviour or affair. It would just all have moved on - been another one of those Hollywood marriages. People might have said she just married him for the money but good PR and she'd have got over that. They could have both done Comicon - you could even imagine a fake friendly photo op of the two of them.

I think there is some confusion because when the first article came out from The Blast, it was worded to make people think the hand accident happened at the apartment, and others are picking up on the story but it did not happen at the apartment. It happened in Australia. I posted a link here from Daily Mail which shows him boarding a private jet with his hand wrapped up heading to LA for the surgery. This was right after reports that the he injured his hand on the go carts at the house and right around the time Gina posted the IG thanking the medical facility for such good care.

Edit: The complaint specifically states that "Musk's first appearance in Mr. Depp's penthouse occurred shortly after Ms. Heard threw a vodka bottle at Mr. Depp in Australia..."

The story at the time it happened was that he was riding a Go Cart and that he hurt his hand/finger. I remember seeing him boarding a plane with his hand wrapped up. I did not think Amber was with him in Australia at the time. Wasn't she filming a movie at the time? Was Gina treated in the hospital in Australia? Wasn't the bottle throwing incident in their condo in Los Angeles?

I agree. One thing for sure is that he was injured in Australia because we have the pics to prove he was heading back to LA for surgery and he said so in his complaint that was when it happened. The report that it happened at the apartment in LA is wrong and whoever wrote that article should really do their research or at least look at the complaint they said they had access to because if they really read the whole document they would have seen the fact that the injury happened in Australia.

So, to loosely connect some of the dots . . . While in Australia, Johnny brought up the topic of a post-nup property agreement, AH went trailer park at the suggestion and hurled a glass bottle of vodka at JD causing horrific harm to his right hand. Upon realizing the seriousness of JD’s injury, AH hightailed it to London ostensibly to begin filming London Fields. Somehow JD received some emergency medical attention (although who performed that remains a mystery) and then immediately returned to the US for serious reconstructive surgery. Meanwhile, JD’s team/Disney/both(?) released the relatively benign “go-cart accident” cover story with no details. I would think it may have been JD’s request to not blame AH at this point. By the time he was at home recuperating he was also being heavily sedated (I remember reading that somewhere a while back). AH returned home for a bit and began entertaining Musk. It didn’t take her long to see an opportunity to feed into the media’s craving for more details about the incident especially since JD’s recouperation was taking a lot longer than the two weeks originally predicted. I believe at some point AH decided to get creative - hence her “Crazy Johnny” mirror, paint, and bloody finger expose’ which came out, I think, when she was back in London. Still don’t know where Ms. Deuters falls in all of this.
