Yes, Johnny said he would not stop her from testifying but on the other hand, he wasn't releasing her from the NDA either, and the only way she can talk about things if she applied to the courts in CA for a judge to lift the NDA. Amber has a rich Syrian friend who could be helping her because we all know most of her other friends have no real jobs. I doubt Elon Musk is doing her any favors. I believe Kaplan is seeking attorney fees and probably has some kind of hope they will win by some miracle.

Amber's desperate attempts make her and her team look pathetic. They can't handle that they are loosing the case.
