I'm sure there's some clever method, but all I do is highlight the text I want to respond to, hit CTRL+C on the keyboard to copy the text to the clipboard, start the reply on the Zone. Then I hit 'quote' on the toolbar above the reply box, which puts the cursor between 'quote, unquote' then hit CTRL...
