You never fail to amaze me, Liz. How fantastic that you've gotten yet another author to participate!
Now I feel really bad about criticizing his spelling.

Huzzah!!! What fabulous news!!!!!
How kind of Mr Burroughs to speak so highly of ONBC and agree to answer our questions! And even after many of us expressed dismay with the style of the book. His compliments really make me proud of our book club, as if I wasn't proud enough of us already.
Liz and DITHOT, you ladies ROCK! Thank you for arranging this.

Absolutely fabulous news, Lucky Liz!!! Next time I'm in the same burg as you and Ma DITHOT, I'm gonna buy y'all both some moonshine!
After I read Burrough's comments in his blog that someone posted earlier in the week, I thought he sounded very approachable and down to earth. And, I hoped in my secret heart that you two were working on getting in touch with him. And it turns out I was right!
Excellent work! I'm looking forward to it. And I'm so glad he has been reading the wonderful tidbits and discussion here at ONBC. I think we have a lot to be proud of.
Gotta run!

Great news Lucky Liz and Ma DITHOT! Thanks so much for your hard work!
I think someone set fire to my internet connection this week with a submachine gun so I'm typing away as madly as I can for now!

This is outstanding news and what a great opportunity. I had considered reading the book before the movie and then thought I would rather wait until after seeing the film. Now I might have to reconsider this choice.
Thank you so much Liz and DITHOT for arranging this. I look forward to this conversation.

Thank you for the invite.
I also just watched the History channel's 18 months of crime about Dillenger. It was really well done.
I have been excited about this project all along.
Off to read!
