ONBC MONDAY NIGHT THREAD - 5 Lists of 5 Again

Unread postby Liz » Mon Oct 02, 2006 8:16 pm

Welcome to the October Monday Night Thread. :bounce:

It’s hard to believe that it was a whole year ago that we did the Monday Night Threads on lists. And we had so much fun with them that we’ve decided to do another one. Here is the topic for tonight:

Favorite Johnny’s—

Favorite Johnny Lines

Favorite Johnny Looks

Favorite Johnny Roles

Favorite Johnny Books

Favorite Johnny Accessories

List just 5 for each category. You can give us lists in all categories or just one or two—your choice. :chill:

Have fun with it!
You can't judge a book by its cover.

The only thing that matters is the ending. It's the most important part of the story.

I'll have to do one list at a time -- this is my current list of roles. Tomorrow it might be different. Sometimes I get into a Sheldon Sands mood, and then he'd have to find a place on the list. But today, here it is --

Favorite Johnny Roles

1. Captain Jack Sparrow
2. James Barrie
3. Gilbert Grape
4. Sam
5. Roux

I know what you mean, Theresa. I was just now trying to put my list of just the books together. Tough decision. I didn't realize it would be so tough. And I know how hard it is for some of you to deny Sheldon. :thud:

So here is one of my lists. I can only do this one list at a time too.

Favorite Johnny Books:

Shantaram
F&L
Fierce Invalids
The Rum Diary
The Libertine

Nebraska, I was afraid that would be unclear. Yes, ONBC books or any way you would like to interpret it.

You always come up with questions that require lots of thought.

Roles:
1. Captain Jack Sparrow
2. Roux
3. Gilbert Grape
4. John Wilmot
5. Dean Corso

Books:
1. Fear & Loathing In Las Vegas
2. Chocolat
3. The Club Dumas
4. On the Road
and I haven't read Shantaram and lots of other books in the pile, so I'll leave the fifth choice empty.
There is more treasure in books than in all the pirates' loot on Treasure Island and at the bottom of the Spanish Main... and best of all, you can enjoy these riches every day of your life.

1. William Blake
2. Cesar
3. Captain Jack Sparrow
4. Raphael
5. Roux

I want to add that peaches make me come undone every time, Spencer is......well, hot hot hot -- only 5? no room for Sands? gosh, I like Sands, too................maybe I need to think some more
