This is the final question in our series. We genuinely appreciate Ms. Harris's time and participation as well as that of the Noodlemantras. :thanks: to all!

Juliette Binoche has been quoted as saying that “the magic in Vianne is believing people can change”. Was that the magic or did you intend her abilities to be of a more supernatural nature?

Again, I have left this deliberately open but I think magic exists across a very broad spectrum and one in which, hopefully, there is room for all possibilities.

The only thing that matters is the ending. It's the most important part of the story.

Just wanted to say THANKS to you and DITHOT for arranging to have JH answer our questions! I've enjoyed reading her responses. It's great to have the author engage with the readers that way. Your efforts with ONBC are greatly appreciated. I know getting something like that coordinated can be difficult.

Thanks, KY. I really think that it boils down to how accessible the author is. Some are just more amenable to the Q&A's than others.

Many thanks, to Joanne Harris for agreeing to our request! Thanks also to the Noodlemantras for providing such interesting questions.

Thanks Liz and DITHOT for arranging this Q&A with Joanne Harris.
It was great to read the authors vision to the book and his characters.
I do hope that JH will write about Vianne again.

I'd read it, if she did.

I've been reading her answers and she comes across as a truely open-minded person..I like what she says about magic..I think that's applicable to life..that anything is possible..
